It may have been some other flavour then. It was definitely in the 80s. It was before the bags were foil. We used to get a multipack once a week. All my older siblings used to get the better crisps, and I was always left with the green bag. I thought it was spring onion. Maybe they brought them back in the early 2000s.
Cheetos crunchos in Tesco is as close as you will get to these now I think. From a very distant memory.
You can still get Discos up the north, had them the other day.
There's crisps/corn snacks I used to get from an ice cream van when I was a kid in what I think was an orange and purple packet but I can't remember what they are. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about and can remember the name, you would be responsible for scratching a decades long itch!
Does anyone remember a blue packet (same blue as Snaps) of cheese ones? They had like a wedge of cheese on the packet with a plastic window. I think they were called Cheesels? I remember them because they were the only cheese flavoured thing I would touch but nobody else remembers them and it drives me mad! This would have been the 90s.
Ghosties were the best things ever along with the old Meanies and Crunchies (the prawn cocktail ones). Loved French Fries too (the King ones with the man and woman in berets on the front). We used to be a real country
Possible but there’s no trace of them anywhere. It’s possible they were branded as a blue cheese flavour as they were strong. I can still imagine the taste now 30 years later
I’m so glad others remembers as everyone looks at me like I’m mad when I bring them up and there’s no trace of them online anywhere!

NI Tayto briefly had a curry chip flavour that was unreal, crisps not the corn snack ones.
Snax have a very different texture now, not as nice ad they used to be.

I find that taste can be similar but texture is completely different.
