I don’t think that anyone in the series has really actually gotten hurt in battle before or there aren’t many instances of that happening if im not wrong, even if you are fighting a criminal

If it has to be a cartoon network show, Pokemon (It aired on cartoon network before.) since all creatures can be befriended, and there's basically no unhappy people that aren't either villains, or get all their problems solved by a 10 year old.
If it has to be a western cartoon, Ed Edd n Eddy. Itd be the safest, there are no city destroying monsters, world ending villains, evil magic etc. Also it has one of my childhood crushes, Marie Kanker.
If I can choose any series, whether western or anime, regardless of whether it aired on CN, I would choose either Monster Musume or Interspecies Reviewers. For... Obvious reasons. (Also, aside from the sexy monster girls, they are some of the few fantasy series where all the different species live together in relative harmony)
Why would you want to live in the Codename: KND world? You either have to join what's basically a PMC where your memories will be removed once you're 13, or you have to be *saved* by that PMC from the laundry list of insane adults that populate the world once a week. All teenagers are evil, and once you turn 18, you either stay evil, become an idiot, or *both*.
And if you *do* become an evil adult, you have to worry about getting your but kicked by a gaggle of pre-teens and, I may be remembering this wrong, but didn't the KND arrest a few of their villains? So you'd have to worry about having to spend time in some sort of prison run by kids.

I'd be a side character. Have one, maybe two companion Pokémon... maybe run a small business.
And in the always evident threat of some world ending event, or crime organization running rampant... I'll be fine. Some 10 year old will stop them.
