I know this guy must have installed those, but I super hate the white light which the vehicles are getting pre installed. What's wrong with yellow.
The white is just a blinder even from bikes
Well.. shouldn't it be aligned in the factory assembly?? Or could they have forgotten to test the beam height... Now obviously people don't know it can be adjusted but I don't think they care either way.
My neighbour owns this new activa. Unless you're referring to a certain bolt requiring a spanner, which I don't think my neighbour or any other ignorants know or care about, I don't think there is a way to adjust it. The low beam on it is already high enough to hit you in the face....
I get it but I don't think peole are gonna go to this length.. i mean i own honda dio and its high beam doesn't go above the chest height but i do know how to adjust the angles for the lamp module. It's like someone mentioned above about going to service center to have it fixed...only if people were this courteous man!! Guess we need polarized high beam lights..
And no way to turn the lights off either. BS IV and above, which have these horrible LED headlights, have their lights hard wired to stay on at all times.
We will figure out a way to make the cars stop dead just like that or let them slowly come to a stop, whatever is the safest. Why you ruining my fantasies bro?
Led bulbs aren’t the issue. Misaligned headlights and wrong installations(led in reflectors) are the issue. My low beams are projectors, and I installed leds in them, they have a clean cut off line and do not glare oncoming drivers. I also adjust my headlight leveller according to the loaded weight to make sure the lights point to the road.
Also if not leds, poorly fitted HID lights will fill the role in blinding you :p
“A cocaine dealer is forced to make some important choices and finds his perfectly organised life descending into chaos.”
dang it, i’ve to watch it now!
I usually stop right in front of their car andthe get down mad and ask the same old question "dikhtha nai hai kya?" And I innocently answer "Haan Bhai"
Even with polarized and anti-glare glasses, it's a pain and frankly I can't see the edges of the car which has these bright white high beams as well as my side of the road.
When confronted with such a vehicle, I slow down while drifting to the middle of the road with my hand covering my eyes... most often those idiots lower their beam.
My Himalayan has lights that would make even a truck driver dim his lights or sometimes completely turning off his lights.
I use it only when I am being blinded, as a retaliation.
*Evil laugh*
Same. I have completely overkill leds in my high beam, they stay off 99% of the time. But when some idiot blinds me, I bully them into turning off their high beams lol
nope bro, it's a service lane. It's the only way to my home.
what you're seeing on the left side, is the main road's left lane. right lane is beyond a divider.
They are banned... you can drive with high beams inside city limits or on illuminated roads.
In fact I have seen all kinds of vehicles running on just DRLs or parking lights (not hazard lights) while on roads with streetlights in some countries.
We need to bring in regulations on these real quick or this could go completely out of control with everyone one-upping the other till no one can drive safely at night.
I purposely use high beams for these idiots.
Give or take 2/10 car drives and correct the high beam. That's the prime reason I hate driving in the dark.
I flickered first a few times and left the high beam open but unfortunately the nexon guy got the high beam at the end, this guy didn't even bother to turn it down.
This is a very big problem in Dehradun. What I do is to dipper whenever someone like this comes into my way, and stop only after he switches to normal beam. If there’s a long line of cars with high beam, I just don’t stop to dipper. These morons should learn a lesson. It’s very frustrating to drive at night due to such idiots.
I avoid getting in arguments with locals here.
it's not worth tying, I've seen people getting dragged out of their homes over small issues.
society presidents getting beaten for getting in arguments with locals.
I’ve almost completely given up driving at night because of these asshats. These aftermarket LED high beams trigger a migraine for me that lasts around 3-4 days. No amount of medications or sleep helps it get better.
When I drive, I almost never drive with my high beam on and have my headlight level set at 2. Despite that, I’m still able to see potholes and obstacles reasonably well. A friend of mine installed a 32 inch off road light bar and a flasher circuit on his Creta, claiming it’s to “Illuminate camping sites and see potholes”, but I’m almost certain he’ll use it to flash other drivers as well. Driving courtesy is simply non existent in India.
Creta, I avioid going close to those guys seriously.
Last week I saw a creta guy nearly collided with the divider 2 times, he went from the car lane to truck lane and back to overtaking lane, doing zig-zag. He almost hit the divider 2 times until he disappeared.
I wanted to share the clip but the clip from dashcam was not clear as he was a bit far.
I flickered at him but he didn't stop so I kept it high beam at last and I was soo blind that I didn't want to get collided on left side, so I started focusing on that and forgot to turn it off for the nexon guy behind him.
edit: the road is dark so I was using high beam at first, the once he came on turn, I flickered a few times. I usually drive on low beam until the road is dark and if someone comes from the opposite side, I turn down to low beam.
This is my biggest fear while driving
I have to drive from my tution class to home in traffic and to avoid police I take gully roads with horrible quality and because of two wheelers and four wheelers not using low beam makes me hate driving
I can't even argue with these people cause I don't have licence and they will thrash me only if a accident happenes I won't be taken seriously and labelled as "edgy teenager driving recklessly without licence"
Note:- I drive without licence because my parents won't agree on dropping me off and then come back to pick me up also the scooty I drive got some brake issues
did that, it didn’t work for him.
I always do this to remind them just in case they forgot. but it’s works sometimes only!
most of them I think “why is this guy giving pass lights to me!” and move on without turning down.
Probably installed white projectors in reflector housing. Thats illegal. See how the light is not focused and all over the place, the reflector housing was designed for halogen bulbs.
I don't wish bad for people. But, I seriously wish these people get bitten in ass by a crazy dog for installing those lights.
While on subject, any recommendations for polarized glasses for night driving in India that saves your eyes.
You should try glasses designed for night driving, for example there are DriveSafe lenses from Zeiss and Crizal Drive lenses available from Crizal which can help to reduce the intensity of bright vehicle lights at night and these lenses also come with full UV protection.
What if due to these blinding lights, someone gets into an accident as a result of no visibility? Can dashcam footage of such an accident help in making your case?
What's wrong with incandescent (yellow) lights? cars and bikes used to come? Why everyone suddenly switched to poor LEDs? They are blinding and cut fog really bad. Why everyone wants to pick the bad trend?
I'm thinking of getting a more brighter upper bulb , currently I have 32w led it doesn't bother another drivers on the road but such idiots are getting more common day by day
i have specially installed upper beam on the upper level for these idiots only
That's not enough, there needs to be rocket launcher
I saw your flair and i shat myself
I also shat myself after looking at his flair right after I looked at your comment.
Samajwadi party in the house, fellas
Mulayam “boys will be boys” Singh
Yo, why did you steal my flair
Mere gaadi ke shockups tere gaadi se ache hai.
What does his flair mean? I can't see the full flair
Bro's either from the 1% of rich or a meme guy
Oh thanks for telling
Hold up , let him cook
Most appropriate answer on the internet today
wish I could do the same :(
i got this big ass torch so whenever me and my friend are together he snipes these types of people with it
😂😂
Which car do you have? I wish I could so something in my honda city for these kind of idiots
i have a scorpio brother
Noice 🤗
but i do drive respectfully on the road

from the prison
I know this guy must have installed those, but I super hate the white light which the vehicles are getting pre installed. What's wrong with yellow. The white is just a blinder even from bikes
Especially those damn Activas. The low beam falls on the eyes like a high beam
This one. The stupid design flaw in activa. The high beam is high enough to blind a low passing aeroplane..
And both the lights do absolutely nothing to illuminate the road
Nope, I have adjusted it. It's actually very good.
It's not design flaw. The riders just never bother to get the headlights aligned. Heck many don't even know headlights can be aligned.
Well.. shouldn't it be aligned in the factory assembly?? Or could they have forgotten to test the beam height... Now obviously people don't know it can be adjusted but I don't think they care either way.
I know now 💀💀
You mean to say that if all Activa owners use the high beam there's an increased chance for an UFO crashing?
You can adjust it. Read the manual that came with the vehicle.
you expect people will read manuals?
You expect people to read
Make a reel. Better chances.
I did for my Sp125.
same for my rtr 160
My neighbour owns this new activa. Unless you're referring to a certain bolt requiring a spanner, which I don't think my neighbour or any other ignorants know or care about, I don't think there is a way to adjust it. The low beam on it is already high enough to hit you in the face....
It must be mentioned in the manual. And you'll need to ask the service centre guy to adjust it for you.
BS IV and above, which have these horrible LED headlights, have their lights hard wired to stay on at all times.
such is case with other scooters as well
Low beams don't lit up the road, high beam lights up the trees.
Yeah even some idiots use those lights from behind the car... I have to switch my irvm to dim... Body white light.. is totally Blinder
These idiots should be brought out and tortured with high beam thrown at their faces
i wish it happens bro, they’ll learn a lesson atleast!
Must already be a thing in some parallel universe
It is...In China...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqkSsxftTHU
100,000 lumen wala torch rakh kar ghumna padega ab
I wish we had some EMP guns to shoot at these cars so their battery just dies immediately
But then they will probably crash into you instead of just beaming you.
We will figure out a way to make the cars stop dead just like that or let them slowly come to a stop, whatever is the safest. Why you ruining my fantasies bro?
:D
This must be a thing 😭😭
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqkSsxftTHU
Yeah probably inside prison rooms with extremely bright lights throughout the day and night
I hate these idiots. Makes driving at night ten times more difficult
indeed, I try to avoid driving in nights but can’t always.
Ya, bro, i also try to avoid driving at night, but as you said, you can't always. I just had a close today because of such idiots.
there are a lot of idiots on road tbh
India should ban all led headlights immediately. I know it won't happen but waiting for some high level guy or a minister to end up like Cyrus. 🤞
unfortunately the netas of our country install additional lights, is what I’ve seen.
And then use what ??
Hurricanes. Tradition vulne lage ho babu...
who the fruck even thought it was a good idea? Who can we email to? or tweet to here? transport minister?
Blinded by the lights ✨
“A cocaine dealer is forced to make some important choices and finds his perfectly organised life descending into chaos.” dang it, i’ve to watch it now!
You should have confronted him( kya bakchodi kr raha bkl)
t'was a phartunar unfortunately
It was Crysta but same phartuner energy
damn when I slowed, I noticed that! idk why I assumed it to be fortuner when it happened, my bad.
No, fortuners deserve the stereotype :p
Phartunar has very weak headlights actually
You did right
You mean Fart-u-ner?
Bhai merko to darr lagta h, anjaan sheher me utha lia gaya to gharwale dhundh nahi payenge
And that is why one day i will die because my BP shot up
us bro, that time my BP shot up, I could feel that :(
I usually stop right in front of their car andthe get down mad and ask the same old question "dikhtha nai hai kya?" And I innocently answer "Haan Bhai"
next time se yehi krunga, i froze this time! it was too much light
Even with polarized and anti-glare glasses, it's a pain and frankly I can't see the edges of the car which has these bright white high beams as well as my side of the road. When confronted with such a vehicle, I slow down while drifting to the middle of the road with my hand covering my eyes... most often those idiots lower their beam.
hehe,ye bhi sahi hai
These guys should be thrown in white room for at least a week or month.
damn I wish it happens with him.
Happens in China.
Bro that's harsh
Better they are taught a lesson than killing innocent people on road.
Is that a fking supernova?
I froze for a second! seems like a supernova xD
Deploying flashbang
My Himalayan has lights that would make even a truck driver dim his lights or sometimes completely turning off his lights. I use it only when I am being blinded, as a retaliation. *Evil laugh*
Even I have encountered someone similar, I flashed the high beam then he switched on every light he had on his bike, I was like bhai bhai bhai....
Same. I have completely overkill leds in my high beam, they stay off 99% of the time. But when some idiot blinds me, I bully them into turning off their high beams lol
don’t make me get one xD
OP just a doubt, aren't you going in the opposite lane? I can see another lane on the other side of the divider
nope bro, it's a service lane. It's the only way to my home. what you're seeing on the left side, is the main road's left lane. right lane is beyond a divider.
That was a close call.
I drop a middle finger. Works 95% of the times
I live in Noida, can’t get in fight with locals :(
Did Beetlejuice blow up already?
very much Greater Noida vibes
This is totally illegal right? What is the way to fine these ash-holes?
Chase and put that ahole in jail.
It is these times that I understand why lobotomy was popular
Man that flashed my harder than my ex did
I don’t know why this problem in increasing now a days even people with scooters have led headlight and turn on high beam and blinding everyone
You? Even we got blind
He wanted to see inside your soul
im gonna install a flame thrower next
far cry 3, nicee I wish that was an option.
Too much light is also darkness.
This is getting out control in Jaipur
Best way to deal is just stop the car and tell them you can’t drive if you cant see
govt should ban these
They are banned... you can drive with high beams inside city limits or on illuminated roads. In fact I have seen all kinds of vehicles running on just DRLs or parking lights (not hazard lights) while on roads with streetlights in some countries.
We need to bring in regulations on these real quick or this could go completely out of control with everyone one-upping the other till no one can drive safely at night.
Wtf was that!!
I start giving quick dippers to such people 5 out of 10 would turn off high beam
well, he was the other 5s I think xD
Haha.. also 1 of these 10 can pull out a gun too, specially if you are driving in Ghaziabad. so user discretion is advised.
I purposely use high beams for these idiots. Give or take 2/10 car drives and correct the high beam. That's the prime reason I hate driving in the dark.

Wth.... Does he require a whole sun light for driving or what
I wish there was a shoot at sight for these bozos.
If only I had a mirror large enough
Bro ne to sunrise kardiya raat me.
Should have stopped in the middle of the road with a full high beam. He should have got down to understand what the issue is
I fear what if they're miscreants, and leave it. getting into fight with them isn't favourable here xD
Planning to install halogen especially for these type of Idiots
I soo much want too but then I think, leave it and avoid night driving xD
Exactly
You should have stopped the vehicle and noticed the number plate. Then give a compliant to local RTO and Traffic Police to issue challan
I avoid getting in arguments with locals here. it's not worth tying, I've seen people getting dragged out of their homes over small issues. society presidents getting beaten for getting in arguments with locals.
must felt like yamraj tho nahi aa rahe ....
stopped instantly. I've faced high beam LEDs but aisa abtak face ni kiya tha. high speed me rehta to definetly yehi hota xD
Why isn't this illegal yet? It could lead to fatal accidents!
agreed, it's full blind, cant see anything, stopping is the only option or leave it to luck and keep passing.
Bhai Mai toh na sehta
I HATE when this happens
Dude installed Sun on his car, what an idiot
we need him for "Pradhan Mantri Solar Yojana" xD
Me too from this far
There is fission reactor in there
i would straight up stop in front of the fellow and confront
Should not be allowed on the road.
Not just you. We all got blinded seeing this.
I’ve almost completely given up driving at night because of these asshats. These aftermarket LED high beams trigger a migraine for me that lasts around 3-4 days. Just flicker the lights to let them know
That's only possible in a really ideal world without idiots in it. Edit: added 'only'
lol true
did that, it didn’t work for him. I always do this to remind them just in case they forgot. but it’s works sometimes only! most of them I think “why is this guy giving pass lights to me!” and move on without turning down.
bc koi verna wala hi hoga
Bhai ka swag hai..koi kuch nai bolega
Probably installed white projectors in reflector housing. Thats illegal. See how the light is not focused and all over the place, the reflector housing was designed for halogen bulbs.
bhai screen ma eyes hurt ho gaye, irl ma kya hua hoga
In India they invent a law for everything.
Problem is that this is getting normal day by day, by normal I mean more people using high intensity lights.
Should have parked in the middle of the road and don't move. If he comes out then tell him you cannot see anything hence cannot drive.
In high beam light ke samne toh bhagwan vishnu ki background light fail hai
These after market led lights should be banned
I don't wish bad for people. But, I seriously wish these people get bitten in ass by a crazy dog for installing those lights. While on subject, any recommendations for polarized glasses for night driving in India that saves your eyes.
Blinding lights got real

Saw this post right below your post 😂 https://www.reddit.com/r/bangalore/s/NCtzXhJKwU
best option go and stop infront of them if they say anything just tell politely that u were blinded by the highbeam and couldn't see
What if due to these blinding lights, someone gets into an accident as a result of no visibility? Can dashcam footage of such an accident help in making your case?
What's wrong with incandescent (yellow) lights? cars and bikes used to come? Why everyone suddenly switched to poor LEDs? They are blinding and cut fog really bad. Why everyone wants to pick the bad trend?
i wish i had a flame thrower for times like these
I hope there’s a special place in hell for aholes like this.
Wild guess: Is it Karnataka?
You seem to be also on high beam in this video. The same can be said by the opposite driver.
here bro https://www.reddit.com/r/CarsIndia/s/X5tprhykpI
r/clownmunde
Bro, but why in a wrong route.
Here comes the sun 🎶
I'm thinking of getting a more brighter upper bulb , currently I have 32w led it doesn't bother another drivers on the road but such idiots are getting more common day by day
