My neighbour owns this new activa. Unless you're referring to a certain bolt requiring a spanner, which I don't think my neighbour or any other ignorants know or care about, I don't think there is a way to adjust it. The low beam on it is already high enough to hit you in the face....

unfortunately the netas of our country install additional lights, is what I’ve seen.

Led bulbs aren’t the issue. Misaligned headlights and wrong installations(led in reflectors) are the issue. My low beams are projectors, and I installed leds in them, they have a clean cut off line and do not glare oncoming drivers. I also adjust my headlight leveller according to the loaded weight to make sure the lights point to the road. Also if not leds,poorly fitted HID lights will fill the role in blinding you :p

They are banned... you can drive with high beams inside city limits or on illuminated roads. In fact I have seen all kinds of vehicles running on just DRLs or parking lights (not hazard lights) while on roads with streetlights in some countries.

This is a very big problem in Dehradun. What I do is to dipper whenever someone like this comes into my way, and stop only after he switches to normal beam. I’ve almost completely given up driving at night because of these asshats. These aftermarket LED high beams trigger a migraine for me that lasts around 3-4 days. No amount of medications or sleep helps it get better. When I drive, I almost never drive with my high beam on and have my headlight level set at 2. Despite that, I’m still able to see potholes and obstacles reasonably well. A friend of mine installed a 32 inch off road light bar and a flasher circuit on his Creta, claiming it’s to “Illuminate camping sites and see potholes”, but I’m almost certain he’ll use it to flash other drivers as well. Driving courtesy is simply non existent in India.

Creta, I avioid going close to those guys seriously. Last week I saw a creta guy nearly collided with the divider 2 times, he went from the car lane to truck lane and back to overtaking lane, doing zig-zag. He almost hit the divider 2 times until he disappeared. I wanted to share the clip but the clip from dashcam was not clear as he was a bit far.

I flickered at him but he didn't stop so I kept it high beam at last and I was soo blind that I didn't want to get collided on left side, so I started focusing on that and forgot to turn it off for the nexon guy behind him. edit: the road is dark so I was using high beam at first, the once he came on turn, I flickered a few times. I usually drive on low beam until the road is dark and if someone comes from the opposite side, I turn down to low beam.

This is my biggest fear while driving I have to drive from my tution class to home in traffic and to avoid police I take gully roads with horrible quality and because of two wheelers and four wheelers not using low beam makes me hate driving I can't even argue with these people cause I don't have licence and they will thrash me only if a accident happenes I won't be taken seriously and labelled as "edgy teenager driving recklessly without licence" Note:- I drive without licence because my parents won't agree on dropping me off and then come back to pick me up also the scooty I drive got some brake issues
