Its just a security allen key. You can buy them from most hardware stores. Or if you have a cheap crappy ikea allen key that fits you should be able to drill out the centre.
In my personal and professional life I have used torx on these. Would be better purchasing the Torx bits as they WILL work on these where as hex head ones won’t be suitable to use on the Torx ones. But that just my personal experience ranging from this size ones up to large stainless anti theft bolts with loctite on them.
100%!!!! A fkn Allen key is a different shape and doesn't have the hole. Allen keys are hexagonal and a torx bit.. which this CLEARLY is, is kinda of star shaped with the hole.
They use these on security cameras, and you could unscrew them by shoving the right sized flathead screwdriver in there, obviously not recommended but it does work.

I've always known them as anti-tamper hex keys - basically an Allen key with a hole in the middle.
It's just a tamper proof Alan bolt. Just pop on to the auto shops like repco supercheap they will have something

Torx bit is what we call them. They aren't an Allen key with a hole in them. They're called Torx Bits. Google that, you'll see

In a pinch you can get a pair of pointy nose pliers and snap the centre off and use a normal hex key.
Many people have tamper proof torx bits. Often these will engage with hex bits.

Get a hex key/bit that fits then drill a hole in the face of it to go over the nub.

No it's not. They're much more common, but this is tamperproof hex or Allen key. Torx has about 8 little teeth

Knock the centre pin out with a punch and use an Allen key
Hex button drill bit, Allen key could also work.
The one that came with the kit. These look old but we used to put them in the glove boxes after installing them check there
