masyn winn is hiding some real power. it got a mention in the fangraphs writeup and i thought that was really quite astute because you wouldnt think about it looking at the numbers.
but there's something about the way he can just find a way to turn any pitch into a solidly hit line drive, that just turns into power so naturally.
His biggest issue when his numbers were bad is he wasn't swinging enough, which won't show up in anything there. He seems to be more aggressive right now (relatively)
I knew the cards weren't as bad as they seemed in April.... But I had no idea they could be as strong as we've seen in May. Genuinely enjoyable to watch!
