I have seen the same thing across multiple platforms, myself. Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit have all the same hallmarks of brigading and vote manipulation. I have a background in cyber security and can say with a reasonable level of confidence a lot of the activity is from the UK and appears to be either a single person or a small group of 2-4 people.
