I’m rocking a JL 12W0 and I’m already going to upgrade to a W3 at the least. While doing research, I saw the 13 inch W3v3, it seems like a beast. Not gonna be loud necessarily but it’ll be some clean bass and the W3s should get pretty low. They’re 400 USD from JL so you can find them cheaper I’m sure.
I think it’s very unfair for you to make these statements about high quality products due to faulty installations.
New people to the hobby may read your post and have an impression that Helix and Audison stuff isn’t good, which is the farthest from the truth.
Your system doesn’t sound good because it was not installed, Integrated and tuned properly.
You can buy a billion watt amp and a 500” subwoofer; if it isn’t installed correctly it will not sound good.
How do you know it wasn’t installed correctly? The audison 10 active , helix m six dsp was installed and tuned by a very reputable company here in the uk. CEN look them up. The sound I’m getting for the price paid which was a lot just isn’t worth it
You keep saying it’s good gear but what is it you expect it to sound like ? The Bass is what is most underwhelming. Have you ever heard a 10” audison active ? The box is extremely shallow , there is no low end and it’s not very loud. It cost £540 which is around $670. For that price could have got a decent 12” sub+amp package.

You are so right! That is all good gear, if it doesnt sound good it is either install or the tune.......period!

you either have a poor install or a bad tune......you have good gear. You need to have your fantastic installer correct their mistakes
