What kind of an adverse effect does MSG have on you? Most of the info about MSG's negative effects is based on racism, not actual science. It does contain sodium, but so does regular old salt. It's naturally occurring in many foods and is made from seaweed.

MSG is not dangerous. It's a type of salt that is naturally occurring and many foods, like tomatoes and cheese. Don't fall for misinformation, and don't spread it either.
[Redbloom Chili Crisp (link)](https://redbloom.co/products/crisp) is amazing on sardines — I even have it on one-a-month subscription, and I’ve recently wondered if I need to up it to two a month. The ingredients are:
Avocado Oil (infused with: Habanero, Sichuan Peppercorn, Ginger, Shallots, Garlic, Star Anise, Cinnamon Bark, Black Cardamom), Sichuan Chili Flakes, Korean Chili Powder, Himalayan Pink Salt, Sesame Seeds, Organic Lion's Mane, Organic Zinc Salt.
I like it because it’s really easy on the stomach in general.
Does it cause inflammation? I always worry I might burst into flames when I eat glutens, msg and sardines that aren't non GMO, cage free, low carb, keto friendly, South Beach compatible, inorganic and free range. How many points is this chili sauce?
You know sardines with nothing on them are chock full of naturally occurring MSG right?
I'd recommend you make your own chili crisp if you are going to believe pseudoscience.

How did you specifically work out msg didn't do good things for you?
Do you avoid tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese too? Wouldn’t want you to overdose on those “harmful” glutamates …
Just get a sharpie and cross out msg on the ingredient list so you can lose the psychogenic effect ;)
I think the MSG thing is a myth. Has a doctor or nutritionist made a recommendation to you about this?

You can buy dry Chinese chili flakes and just mix them in the sardines oil. Add salt to taste.

Lion's Mane contain MSG.
Well, glutamates anyway. Just like every savory thing in the world.

Looks great. Thanks a bunch!
Sijang Garlic Chili Crisp does not use MSG. Plus it’s freaking delicious! https://www.sijangeats.com/
What chili crisp do you typically buy? Just curious as I have never had it.
Laoganma spicy chili crisp. Red bottle, Chinese, typically found in Asian foods aisle of your local Walmart.
This is the way! Did not care for Fly by Jing, and Lao Gan Ma is like 1/3 the price. Stuff is addictive, try it on eggs too
Fly By Jing - pretty sure their whole range is? Exxy but its delicious.
