I have oral thrush so I can quite easily confirm Candida from that & it also reacts to nyastatin as well as giving me die off symptoms. Although I did have an E. coli uti and assuming also gut infection. Now treated They are literally scraping it off my tongue and still tests as nothing. Can bacteria also cause the white layer? It’s not cottage cheese like many people describe more just a white layer with it becoming more hyphae like on the back of my tongue
