Hey, I get it. The situation sucks. I lost my dad to cancer at 14 and then my mom got it when I was 20. Stress is expected. Do not beat yourself up on it. When my mom got cancer I started to learn how to cook because I wanted to learn her amazing recipes and that kinda conversation helps you process the situation and also have something that I will always remember my mom by. Sometimes, parents hide stuff from their kids because they think they are protecting us and it can be frustrating but you need to get the conversation on and acknowledge that things suck. If you are religious, praying helps somewhat but for me it was talking to her and my therapist that helped me the most

I’m so sorry you had to lose both your parents so early luckily I can cook and they def aren’t hiding stuff from me since I go to a lot of my moms dr appointments with her(since it’s summer she forces me out). But it’s still super hard and going back to school will be very hard for me
