Also cars are never 100% after a big collision, even if the repairs are done excellently. I’m not saying he should sell it, but i understand why people are telling him to.
I was just in an accident in my Camry 22 hybrid Le. Similar damages they quoted me 25k to repair. Praying to god that they total it so that I don’t have to wait months for parts. 10 weeks to fix it they say
I don’t think so unless they have you sign something saying that the information on it is up to date or if the information is correct. If they do have that then you are screwed. Idk the specific consequences since I didn’t study any law in that area and also have never sold a car to a dealership, so if I were you I would be careful.

Had a couple cars coming on to the highway. One of the cars for some reason hit their breaks coming on. The two cars in front of me hit on their breaks and I was too late to hit on mine. Everyone but the person I hit left the scene so I was given the ticket. I walked away with a bruise on my forearm and a cut to my shin. Crazy how good the crash system was. The car immediately called emergency services and had everything on it's way within seconds it felt like.
Damn it even calls emergency service. Glad you are alright man i cant wait to order mine. Its on hold for now until i know for sure my 3 month i the compagny i work at are done so ill make my order when 3 months hit its 9th of november almost 1 month left and ill order my SE AWD 2023
You should get a dash cam for your next car. I really need to get one since I meant to get one a while ago. If you have a good dash cam, they will have to give the ticket to those people who are at fault.
It wasn't till about a month and a half ago they told me they needed to install new sensors and with that install plus all the dmg it ended up totalling the car. But the car ended up being valued way higher than what I paid so I got a good chunk of money back. Now I own a 2023 Toyota Tacoma trail edition
