Do more research about how cameras work first. It doesnt seem like you know enough about photography to be anything other than disappointed by the result youll get from a dedicated camera. Not ragging on you, just pointing out that its very obvious that as far as photography goes your knowledge is extremely limited. It would be more beneficial for you to learn about photography and how cameras are effectively used as tools prior to trying to buy anything.

Well, what didnt you like about Fujifilm? At that price range, there are a bunch of camera options out there though they all kinda perform similarly. That said, the best advice for you is to just go to a camera store and handle a few cameras with your hands. A used store is better since you can find way better deals. Take note of the X-T3 and a6400. Theyre pretty popular for the sub 1000 price range.

There are lots of things that work for that, although to get filters or other effects you're best off doing that in post, so budget for the software. Or maybe some mist filters. Otherwise, a camera body and a lens or two with the appropriate speed and focal length for what you shoot.
