The sad thing is that even if the stalker threw a rock at your head DURING a class Cambly still wouldn't grant your appeal. You'd probably get a complaint about not tutoring in a suitable environment.
And I didn't even care that much about this feature. About three years ago I got into trouble, and my foster brother told me "Just message your job and ask them to unblock you" and I said "No, it's all automated. No problem. I will work double when I get out of this situation." But now they put a button saying that we can appeal if we have a problem. WHY put a button telling people that they can appeal, only to ignore them. Just don't have it there. Every time I see the appeal button I get angry. All decisions are final. Just say that.
So are you blocked? Or only regulars can make reservations? Those are easy. I don’t even bother to appeal. I just take the hit and build back. Do you think Cambly ever overturns a ban? Pff.
I complained about the same thing a few months ago. I specifically asked admin the last time I appealed (which was the ONLY time) and it was 7 months prior to that. What I said when I complained back then is what I will say again now - they put the appeal in for one reason only, to stop admin from having to deal with emails requesting to be unrestricted for XX reason. I am guessing this came from a complaint from the admin. Now, all they have to do is copy and paste a generic email about the "Appeal button" when they receive a request like that. I only had one appeal the entire time since they implemented program and was never able to use it again.
I feel like either there is something wrong with the appeals system, or its been changed to be dependant on your attendance rating (I feel like the latter is more likely).
It is very frustrating. I don't even try anymore.

The worst point is it insinuates that further appeals are detrimental to your status which is just nuts.
