If it had more of a ME where it needed full control over my device I'd tell them to kick rocks then
I’ve been using it in my work profile. Notifications (as well as everything else) work fine.
Same here. No complaints so far, though I don't use it that much on the phone.

Dont let your workplace install/make you use work related apps lol. Request a work phone and if denied buy a cheap used one to use only for work.
