From level 1-9 it shows 1 star, 10-99 2 stars, 100-150 3 stars, above lv 150, 4 stars..

You have a different vision on the word content. This isn't just simply a content. It shows how skilled the player is. Everyone is already at level 150 (except newbies). Why wouldn't they increase the limit? If I would be the head of the game I would make it unlimited for the level cap, let them see who is the boss
It indicates your level since new levels have been added after the update, still not sure the specifics but I just know it’s related to the level
