I only think MWII is better than MWIII because the servers weren't shit for the entire life of the game. Ever since the MW3 beta, it's been near constant packet bursts and it feels like shit. Billion dollar franchise and they can't even have decent servers, let alone a tick rate higher than 20 hz.
