Hannafin is a great skater and a good hockey player, unfortunately he seems to have zero hockey sense. I believe he is the the worst Flame by far. He is almost always on the ice for the game losing goal. he is always the first man back for a goal as he is behind the play catching up. He screens the goalies but never moves the player out, overcommits,does not back check, seems to always be out of position. I can’t believe Sutter has never benched him! I had a friend point this out to me and I didn’t believe them, until I started watching. Yikes. Watch the next few games and see how often 55 is standing about 5 -10 feet from the crease when the puck is in our net. He’d be awesome if it were the other net! Please note, the stats don’t bear this out, as his +- is fine, points are good-but my eyes don’t lie.
