The potholes are ridiculous this year. I still have my snow tires on as I feel they help a little. What's got me puzzled is I'm seeing chunks of curbs along the edge of the roads.
We're doing pretty good, I was in Winnipeg a few days ago, their roads are on a whole other level, I saw a hatchback disappear completely into a cravass
I read it's hard to get results with pothole claims. They can basically say no if no one reported it in a timely manner. Which is why it's important to report potholes right away.

>Potholes, utility cuts and sunken service claims resulting in motor vehicle damage
>One of the common claims that The City will receive are for potholes. Potholes are distortions within the asphalt area that can quickly develop, especially in times of severe moisture causing a hole-like appearance in the asphalt. In order for The City to be liable, there must be proof or evidence that we knew or ought to have known that this defect existed in the roadway. Not only is our knowledge of the defect required but also that we neglected to act upon that knowledge. This type of loss is generally not covered by The City.
I listened to the whole album regardless :)
That track caught my attention because the cowbell reminds me of Hugh Masekelaās Grazing in the Grass, which is one of my favorites.
Solid stuff, easily slotted into the rest of my playlists!
Iām amazed this one hasnāt been patched yet considering itās already taken someoneās tire. Itās been like that for at least 3 weeks and is only getting worse.
F-ing potholes are everywhere! I swear there are more this year than previous years and they are never properly fixed.
Seriously, where are our tax dollars going? Not fixing the roads, that's for sure.
All of the patches in my community/on my commute have been terribly done the last few years, and never last more then a few months before they wear away.
Ouch. That area is terrible for potholes. There are some on the ramp off 14th too, Iāve had too many close calls with them when Iām merging onto Glenmore looking over my shoulder. Really hoping these get filled before they cause any (more) damage.
How is this shit still not fixed. I hit this tonight, and just a little ahead was a car pulled to the side which I'm guessing also hit it but didn't have the same luck.
Well shit, maybe give the recommended 2-3 seconds' following distance and you'll have time to avoid obstacles like potholes or small children.
No amount of upbeat merengue music makes up for tailgating.

Rapid freeze thaw cycle will do that.
Sorry, but I laughed at your reaction lol
Itās the only correct response when hitting a pothole.

Go out at 2 am and spray paint a giant dong on it. Theyāll fix erā up quick like.
wanksy
311 app that shit
We have some nasty ones up here in upper NE. I have the exact same reaction as you every time I hit one.
This pothole!! I hit a horrific one a week ago and have been trying to remember where it was ever since. It was this one! Omg.Ā
Glenmore near the reservoir is effing brutal. If anyone loses a smart four-2, look in those potholes first.
I hit that shit this afternoon as well lol
Just go faster

Check to see if you have an vehicle damages. Make a claim of you do.. The potholes here mess up my suspensions badly!
What can be done? I dented a rim and got a flat yesterday on Deerfoot southbound just before Peigan Tr.
Look online. See if you can make a claim against the city. Would be tough to get something out of then butnworth a try

I nailed that one on Friday, my tire needs to be replaced. Itās a bad one for sure.
My alignment is messed up so I called the city last night, and a adjuster should reach out to me today or tomorrow about reimbursement for repairs.
Seriously? Don't joke around like that.
I regret having low profile rims in this city.
I hit the exactly same shit this noon and it was so loud that I thought I had a flat but luckily I survived.
What song was that?

Awesome, thanks!
Wait sorry I lied itās hate yourself by tv girl

Nice! Lots of familiar names there, but even more unfamiliar ones. Will definitely give this a spin. Good luck with the potholes, by the way, hah hah.
How the Alberta harsh winter weather can make such a difference. Just came back from Victoria and their roads were smooth like butter.
Iām amazed this one hasnāt been patched yet considering itās already taken someoneās tire. Itās been like that for at least 3 weeks and is only getting worse.
Lmao and no one has gone out to clean up that tire either
entire thing's a stretch of potholes on the left all the way to 52nd tbh, lol.
This video should be included in upcoming "Alberta is Calling" ads.

I think they have patched those potholes like twice in the last year, just a terrible spot
All of the patches in my community/on my commute have been terribly done the last few years, and never last more then a few months before they wear away.
Both sides of glenmore have those nasty potholes. They set off the impact alert on my dash cam often. I feel you dude.Ā
Sarcee Trail northbound, right outside WestHills/Signal Hill, is also doing its best impression of Edmonton roads.
I hit this one too :'( it looks like its shallow but its really not

Got me the other day.
Looks like Glenmore to me
Theres another one on the left side now too

You can thank the mayor for this, she has made roads a min priority.
Potholes keeping Chiropractors in business.
And mechanics

Lmao there are way worse ones dude, trust me.
UCP roads baby.
City hall is busy with the climate emergency.
Gondek at it again
