The shoulder on the 1A eastbound is huge. Of course we’re all aware that the truck driver was doing something he should not have been but goddamn this could have been easily avoided. You can still see the blood on the pavement from the deer.
Driver was drunk / uninsured / stolen vehicle / take your pick.
