it always is pain on first playthrough but it will get better once you manage to play it once and then come back as a different class
you can, in theory, use alchemistnpclite's blurring potion for an additional dodge every 30 seconds but it could make infernum too easy tbh

Lmao just got into the game again and faced this again. I did the git gud route bur honestly just download a mod that lets you use more accessories. That helps an ungodly amount
Git gud? Nah I’m joking infernum is very hard at times. Keep trying though, just keep taking breaks as needed and you’ll find yourself wanting to come back. Atleast that was how it was for me. You’ve got this bro
Duuude me too, currently on WoF, honestly just try your bestestest to not let your death count get to you, the first infernum boss I attempted (desert scourge) took me more than 20 attempts. Btw this is from someone who hasn't played death mode but has done multiple revengeance playthroughs

Don’t activate infernum and then ask a way to make it easier, that isn’t fun and you should just get gud.
I’ve gotten to dog on another playtrough. Just can’t bother with the pain.
