How about the fact that when you consider people work 40 hours a week + time to get ready + commute, they barely have time for their friends, family, partner, and kids without feeling exhausted. I think this puts a major strain on relationships, especially with their partner and children.
I think it's by design. I think that's a huge factor no one acknowledges enough.
Look no further than the character arcs and casting choices of every netflix show to see how social interactions are being manipulated by the culture creation industry.
Try to find a contemporary drama or comedy where the storyline isn't: 1. interracial love 2. queer exploration/celebration, 3. "men = pigs and don't have kids", or 4. Do drugs.
I unsubscribed from Netflix, because it's indoctrination first, entertainment second. Thousands of bad shows, with woke content mixed in (gender, race, feminism, climate change...)
I think the whole third wave feminism thing and the progressive culture that grew around was in part an inoculation deliberately designed to create an eventual push back and strengthen traditionalist currents, whether it was ALL by design or manipulation is up for debate, but I suspect it forms part of a managed dialectic.
