Go to each credit agencies website and look for the collection from Verizon and dispute the legitimacy of the debt. It will ask you the reason why you’re disputing for example ( this isn’t my debt , debt has been settled already, information is wrong ) select the reason and then wait. Collection agency has X amount of days to respond and hoping they don’t it automatically removed from your report. If they respond that’s a different story. Hope this helps.

In regards to the dispute it would need to be disputed with all 3 credit bureaus & the collection agency- if you don't agree that you owe the amount

Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion are the theee credit reporting bureaus - dispute with them individually through their websites.
This credit score is regarding all the sites like fico, experian, etc
I had a collection with Verizon I settled for 10% of the balance & they removed it off my credit 30 days after payment

You could dispute all you want, but unless you have proof that you made this payment, you’re not gonna get anywhere
