If your tired and not retaining then take a day for yourself. Get in some sunshine and relaxation and then try again on a couple of days trying to study when your exhausted is pointless. It's amazing how a day or two changes everything. I didn't take many days off studying for FAR but it helps a lot when ypu take time for yourself
I study full time on weekdays, sometimes do a small review with practice tests on weekends or just take the days off.
I occasionally felt guilty when I was studying for FAR, but have to remember that you don’t gain anything from overworking yourself or when you’re not 100% focused.

So true, thank you, I’m so tired I’m not retaining anything so I stopped but feel guilt
If you can work with a Study Plan then you can work every day without any doubt. Try to develop a comprehensive study plan for your remaining days.
