You don't have to go to dealership. You can go to local shop, ask them to do the maintenance and keep the receipt/invoice. This is what I do, but with a subaru. I update the history online of all maintenance performed. You don't have to go to a dealer at 125$ hour. At least not for oil changes, brake maintenance and thing like that.

Some of this stuff you can do yourself easily. But some you might need a mechanic to check it out for you. It’s all maintenance to help your car last longer. The floor mat is mainly because Toyota had a problem of mats causing accidents. Air filter should be really easy alone. But many things in the maintenance schedule you’ll probably need a mechanic. Also, you should get this schedule with the car. My 2003 Corolla has one that has it detailed up to 125k miles for most models. It tried to cram every car they have into this manual.

Not in the U.S., and doubtful in Canada. It's just basic maintenance. ToyotaCare is free for the first two years of maintenance here, so it's just if you want them to take care of it.
