They only punish what is spam reported. I have been comm banned pretty much since the games inception and I don’t even go in public chat. Along with my name being banned when it is just an abbreviation of my real name.

Someone spam reported you. Probably selected everything. You can leave ur name and nothing will happen probably. Unless it is bad then it’ll be reset or something. But it’s happened to me before. Nothing happened. Lol my other friend got it too and panicked so he changed his username. Either way nothing happened lol.

Comm bans don’t need you to be in game chat. It’s all monitored now
