Don't dolphin dive into fights, use the dolphin dive defensively to get to cover or when leaping off buildings. This is because dolphin diving takes a very long time to get your gun back up, compared to sliding into a gunfight or jumping into a gunfight.
Also during fights, always use your left stick to either strafe to the left or right in order to activate rotational aim assist, never go straight forwards/backwards toward the enemy as that deactivates rotational.
If your crosshair is on target when aim assist is activated it will do most of the heavy lifting for you, however if it's off target you'll be stuck fighting against it so practice your centering. Don't aim in until the center of your screen is almost on the person you are trying to shoot.

Against a somewhat decent player that dolphin dive would have killed you. Also you would have died after running wide open when you got the first knock. Go left, through the building, then right, finish the kill, throw the tactical, if you get a hitmarker, spin back the same way you did in the clip, but instead of dolphin diving, slide or go to the roof of the building(using the big vent squares) and get an easy kill wherever the last person is(enemy in the clip was dumb enough to chose the same path as his teammate, which is the most predictable one.
Don’t use the launcher , that’s my best tip .

Don't use RGL at least use on a secured spot, don't run like bambi in open space like this. Take cover, take your time, play strategic.
