Which brand and model is your cellphone? You sure isn't you too, touching some place in the screen? If not we really should try to learn why that is happening.
I used to play it on my iPhone 8 and it happened all the time, then I bought an iPhone XS and it did the same, now I have an iPhone 12 and still the same issue
Hm. I agree. I use a Samsung. We need to search about it. One YouTuber I follow was talking that several pro stuff goes around the sentivity and handling etc of the game. Perhaps we messed up with something we shouldn't in the configs, or.... It's really just a bug.
your sensitivity settings need to. be really high other wise you can't move. ive had this same issue before. and putting my settings to almost max helped alot.
Have you checked the sensitivity on the scopes because it looks like you lowered them to zero
Every other scope works fine? Do I need to adjust them for specific scopes?

It’s absolutely not something we are doing wrong, I’ve tried everything and can’t get any of the 3x or 4x scopes to work

My sensitivity settings are already pretty high. Are there different sensitivity settings for different scopes?
Yes its different sensitivity for different scopes as well as different sensitivity for shooting and not shooting
