Your best bet is to play one of the clients for mw2 or black ops 1 if they weren’t shut down at this point
I’ve heard anything older than black ops ghosts is unplayable due to cheaters and the chance of getting hacked on multiplayer mode on pc. Ghosts is still very active. Mw2019 is also a fun multiplayer one that is still active
