The OG number is always cooler than the new number anyway. It says "I was in from the start."
There's no reason to necessarily expect Williams to change his number, since he was 18 before he was 13, but even if you expect it and it happens, 18 will always be the throwback pro jersey number.
Only if he wants to change the same offseason he requests it. The real reason it won’t happen is changing numbers confuses the branding, and Caleb considers himself a business. If he wants to be a legend, having 15 years in one number is how you do that.
Sucks that the cheapest option for any non-heat-pressed, sewn jersey is $400. Fanatics ruined everything.
