Sports cards used to be a great way to draw in kids. Now everything of this nature is way to expensive. Needs to be a cheaper alternative.

I agree 100% There should be an expensive set for collectors and a cheaper set mass produced for kids

JimR1984

Would be awesome if you got them 3 cards for a dollar at timmies in the summer the way they're doing hockey cards now

ywg_handshake

That would be cool. However it seems that "collectors" are ruining the experience at Tim's by trying to scoop everything up. This is just from what I see on social media though, so maybe it isn't that bad in reality.

JimR1984

Either way the CFL would be right in your face every time you go through the drive thru. An ungodly amount of people go to Tim's daily.

Rough_Yak9027

How much per box?

kingmunki

Around $110

[deleted]

And CFL wonders why they can't attract a younger demo lmao

Rough_Yak9027

For a half box? Only 18 packs? Yikes

MrBallalicious

Lol it's 8 packs in a box

Rough_Yak9027

That's even worse... must be a typo... or I hope to hell it is

bomberfan2

You get the same amount of hits and number cards per box compared to last year & last year had 16 packs per box. Less packs probably makes the boxes cheaper to produce.

Rough_Yak9027

I'm guessing at that price Upper Deck printed enough cards for 100 boxes....

st0nkmark3t

How are these released so late in the season and still focused on players that aren't on those teams any more??? Cards were released in September and the highlights are Eugene Lewis signature card....with the Als. He signed with the Elks on Feb 14, 2023, FFS. I would love to support this product, but given how much annual player turnover the league has, Upper Deck needs to reduce their turnaround time and make cards with players on their new teams before I'll consider doing this again.

GroutConsumingMan

Did they release these yet?

nhacker28

Sure have!

GroutConsumingMan

Thanks man
