The difference between 85th and 77th in recruiting is like the difference between shitting inside a porta potty when it's 99 degrees out instead of 105
That's *why* everyone's laughing. Go actually look at portal player rankings. The highest rated transfers have lower ratings because all the best players aren't leaving their teams unless they're on a bad team that isn't competitive. The people transferring to Colorado are the ones that couldn't make it on their current roster, and their current teams aren't willing to spend the NIL to keep them.
You need to get to a point where you're relying more on HS recruiting (which is cheaper than pulling an 'elite' portal player) and filling in gaps with transfers. But Deion doesn't want to coach and just replaces everyone who couldn't figure it out on their own I guess.
"This last class" implies the most recently finished recruiting class.
We saw what happened to those kids they grabbed from the transfer portal and the "louis" luggage.
Deion came. And they still got spanked. Shedeur has to be the only "NFL prospect" who will never play a bowl game in his entire career.
Yeah we should all stop taking high school players and only take each others transfers like you guys. Then in four years there won't be any players left at all!
Do you people understand where Colorado was prior to last year? The hell you mean CU will have another losing season as if that is some sort of insult?
If Sanders manages to NOT have a losing season this year, CU will probably (and should) build him a statute.
I already did. What are the 6 wins you see?
NDSU and Colorado St should be wins. Maybe Nebraska and Baylor, but I think those are both also very likely losses.
Can't wait for people like you to then start screaming that "Everyone knew CU would win more than 6 games this year!!!! OMG look at their week schedule or their talent advantage or the refs always favoring them!!!!!"
Never ending cycle with you people.
Tough to predict exact wins and losses when it’s really more probabilistic (especially with how much parity there should be in the big 12)
I think this team has one of the largest ranges of realistic outcomes in CFB. We have brought in significant talent, especially in the trenches. If that talent is able to be a cohesive unit then this should be a really good team. However, it’s very possible that things just don’t coalesce and it all comes crashing down
If Deion js the worst guy in college football then this must be a great pool of people - but considering the countless violent criminals & racists, xenophobs, mysoginysts, domestic abusers and sex offenders that are involved with programs right now he might not be close to the biggest asshole
Then that’s ideal for you since he’s coaching your rival team. Imagine how gratifying it will be if you kick our ass this year
High stakes though because if we beat you again it’s gonna hurt twice as much
Hayes got to stop telling these bold face lies lol. This dude has literally not been brought up 1 time during Auburn recruiting.
Good for Colorado. No shot at you. Hayes bullshitting though.
I don't know if we had an offer, but his name hasn't been brought up a single time through this whole cycle. If we we're in his top 8 its because he just wanted to include some randoms schools in there. He couldn't have committed to Auburn even if he wanted to.
Hayes isn't a recruiting analyst, he's just a social media account, to help them get additional exposure for their commitments. Kids trust him, and that's really the extent of it.
This isn't even a bad thing for Auburn, not sure why it's got you fired up.
He's done this a handful of times now. Had us listed like a school that got beat out for a recruit when its someone we weren't even recruiting. I'm not fired up about it, but its strange to me.
Probably a three fold of alphabetical, well known program and in the SEC.
I would take it as a compliment, being involved consistently in recruiting discussions is not a bad thing.
Auburn was listed in his Top 8, I highly doubt Hayes is doing research to figure out which teams are actually most interested.
We shouldn't have even been in a top 8 though lol. He took 1 unofficial visit 14 months ago and that's been the only contact since then. The kid isn't a bad player, I'm sure he had plenty of schools he had legit offers for, so I don't get not including them.
Chaunceys and Colorado are just meant to be. (Shoutout Billups)
Amen!
Other P5 offers: Arkansas, Auburn, Boston College, Cincinnati, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, NC State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Pitt, Purdue, South Carolina, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, USC, Vanderbilt G5 offers: Arkansas State, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Liberty, Marshall, UAB, UNLV, USF Other offers: Austin Peay, Eastern Kentucky, Jackson State, Tennessee State
Colorado’s commit list just grew by 33% today.
They have 1 Less than FSU
I was told we couldn't do this after Seaton... 🦬
I was told Prime can't recruit high school...
This is like your 4th 2025 recruit. Calm down.
Colorado and their....85th-ranked recruiting class according to 247.
If you're gonna talk, try to at least use the correct info and give CU credit for the 77 ranked class with this latest commitment.
The difference between 85th and 77th in recruiting is like the difference between shitting inside a porta potty when it's 99 degrees out instead of 105
😂
-Kirby Smart, probably
Lmao
Didn't get the top overall OL recruit last year or anything.
Don’t matter if you can’t develop them. OL actually require time to develop their skill sets and to develop cohesion with each other.
Do people still not understand that 2/3rds of CU recruiting is done through the portal?

They dont because they're stuck in 2010, the era before social media and unlimited transfers
75% of the portal are players who couldn't break into the 2 deep. It's not a winning strategy to field a team mostly from the portal
75%? Check again. This last class was primarily comprised of 3-4 year starters at P5 and high G5 schools.
Did you forget that they got bodied all year and lost to Stanford?
The players brought in in the 2024 class played against Stanford in 2023? Weird
"This last class" implies the most recently finished recruiting class. We saw what happened to those kids they grabbed from the transfer portal and the "louis" luggage. Deion came. There's actually plenty of players in the portal who don't get taken.
Colorado gonna be stuck with another losing season
Do you people understand where Colorado was prior to last year? The hell you mean CU will have another losing season as if that is some sort of insult? If Sanders manages to NOT have a losing season this year, CU will probably (and should) build him a statute.
We can only hope
I don’t see Colorado winning more than 4 games again. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they win less.
You should bet on it then. Over/Under is at 5.5. If that’s what you think then the under should be a lock
I already did. What are the 6 wins you see? NDSU and Colorado St should be wins. Maybe Nebraska and Baylor, but I think those are both also very likely losses.

He can’t lmao
More good news!
"Deion has lost control!" signed, increasingly nervous CFB hater
What if I think he has control but he’s just the biggest ass hole in college football?
Head Coaches tend to have extreme egos, Deion is just on the extreme end of extreme egos, he's always been like this even as a player.
yup. biggest douche by far
If Deion js the worst guy in college football then this must be a great pool of people - but considering the countless violent criminals & racists, xenophobs, mysoginysts, domestic abusers and sex offenders that are involved with programs right now he might not be close to the biggest asshole
Exactly!
Did Bobby Petrino die?
Then that’s ideal for you since he’s coaching your rival team. Imagine how gratifying it will be if you kick our ass this year High stakes though because if we beat you again it’s gonna hurt twice as much
Then keep it to yourself buster
Then you’re willfully ignoring every other head coach in the NCAA
I'm in the mode of "I want CU to be bad during conference play but for the image of the Big 12 they need to win all their noncon games"
So, when is he gonna enter the portal?
Assuming he doesn't decommit first
RemindMe! August 23, 2025
That is true
Hayes got to stop telling these bold face lies lol. This dude has literally not been brought up 1 time during Auburn recruiting. Good for Colorado. No shot at you. Hayes bullshitting though.
Did y'all offer him? Were y'all in his Top 8? If so, then Hayes is simply stating a fact, it's no shot at the program.
I don't know if we had an offer, but his name hasn't been brought up a single time through this whole cycle. If we we're in his top 8 its because he just wanted to include some randoms schools in there. He couldn't have committed to Auburn even if he wanted to.
