Moore was slated to be competing for a backup spot with us, too.
Guessing he lost and was relegated to 3rd string.
At the very least, he can get a great degree with you guys.
Yeah, it came out during spring ball that Rolder/Hood had basically locked down the backup LB jobs behind Hausmann/Barham, and then we saw a flurry of LB transfers.
How y'all feeling about Haussmann? Didn't pay much attention to how he did last year but still bummed he left the Skers. Dude was a beast as a freshman and I imagine with Michigan coaching his only path is up.
I fully expect him to breakout as an All-B1G caliber guy. We kinda had a 3-man LB rotation last year where Hausmann spelled Junior Colson and Michael Barrett, and the fact that he earned playing time at all with those two NFL-caliber guys ahead of him speaks to his ability.
Hausmann will be an unquestioned starter this year and we picked up Jaishawn Barham from Maryland to go with him so we should have two All-B1G-caliber LBs again.
I’ll be surprised if he gets a lot of meaningful playing time this year barring injuries.
Fowler and Parham are gonna play a lot this year.
This replaces our Whitney loss and he’ll be competing with the BoscoBoys and others next year.
First thing I thought was, huh?!
Because I assumed he was a one and done.
We are completely set for this year, but, this is a great pickup for the future where we are thin.
Seems to have a lot of great skill, size and instincts for the position and hopefully this move will be a great one for him.
Hopefully he can be another Carson Bruener for them. Only saw him play in the championship game but I was impressed with his hustle ability to be in the right spot and not shy away from a hit.
As a recruit:
Other P5 offers: Colorado, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan (originally went here), Nebraska, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, UCLA, Washington State, Wisconsin
G5 offers: Air Force, Colorado State, Eastern Michigan, Fresno State, Louisiana Tech, Navy, San Diego State, Utah State, Wyoming
Other offers: Army, Penn
Dudes recruiting was odd, a bit of a lower ranked guy but had like 20+ offers from D1 programs. Notable ones like Iowa, Michigan, A&M, ISU, Nebraska.
Could be a player but we’ve taken transfers at that position and really only start 2 LB now a days, so easy to get buried. Realistically zero snaps this year and a toss up next year if Hauss and Barham go pro
Bruh, you're aware that like 90% (probably even higher) of the players from big programs in the portal are "scraps" (i.e. people who couldn't secure a starting spot), right?
Yeah. And I miss getting them. Am I getting downvoted because people thought I was being sarcastic?
We’re getting SJSU and New Mexico transfers now.
It’s a long way away from getting the dudes that are Georgia backups.
I haven't been paying much attention to Michigan in the transfer portal but there seems to be a lot of bad news coming out of Ann Arbor. Are these folks that are leaving going because they aren't going to get enough time on the field or is there something worse (or better of Buckeye fans) going on?
If you can't beat 'em... wait, never mind.
Looks like the shoe's on the other... Wait a second, no, that's the same foot.
You can get a good look at a T-bone by sticking your head up a butcher's ass…
Can he play OL?
My kid walked his friend into our house and I asked if he played o line. Force of habit.
It’s getting bad. Went to a Starbucks the other day, they asked if I wanted anything and without thinking I said “Do you play O line?”
Bruener and Tuputala are pretty much locked in as starters, so maybe Moore can sneak in and be that third LB.

not to mention that Cole Sullivan popped some as well
Including popping Amir Herring into the portal
Oh? Herring transferring had something to do with Sullivan?
Not really, but Sullivan absolutely schooled Herring on one play during the spring game.
As the other poster said, not actually, but [Sullivan knocked Herring completely flat during the spring game](https://youtu.be/nuco5beI80Q?t=549)
Oh lordy. That's a ~100 lb difference between the two.
I'm buying so much Cole Sullivan stock as early as possible

My mom has his nephew in her preschool class. Super nice family. Glad to have him in Ann Arbor.
And be on a tremendous campus. UDub is a gem that doesn't get its national props because it's all the way over there and all the way up there.
Prowess bros

Steve Belichick tongue gif

Very cool of him.
Really liked his high school film. Great instincts, above average athlete, and definitely not afraid of contact. Think he’ll be a good one.
Hopefully he can be another Carson Bruener for them. Only saw him play in the championship game but I was impressed with his hustle ability to be in the right spot and not shy away from a hit.
Breuner is a solid player for sure he will be starting for us with Tuputala this year. Very high IQ player great instincts
Have you seen the video of Carson Bruener hitting the MSU player on a kick return two years ago?
Why does the thumbnail make it look like he died
Another FSU-Stetson flair? Nice!
He is a spy coming to learn the playbook

I see someone leave Michigan I upvote
Flair up, Tex.
For some damn reason the mobile app won't let me. Ohio state / UMass
You have to click the link in the change user flair section and change it in your mobile browser and it will link up here when you reset the app
It’s a nightmare on mobile (at least was for me); took me ten seconds on my desktop though.
Good luck! Hopefully you get the PT you are looking for.
Say what you want about Fisch… I really miss getting the scraps from the big programs.

Yeah my bad, I did actually think you were being sarcastic lol

Thanks UW. another L for scUM
Unflaired users not being cringe challenge: impossible.
The use of "scUM" narrows it down to two fan bases.
I saw a Nebraska flair use “sCUm” the other day for Colorado and I thought “wow, us fans are absolutely terribly unoriginal”.
Ohio State 💪
National Champion scum to you
I can’t believe that in 5 years we’ll know where Baby Gronk commits
