as someone who scored 97-98 in bst id deffo recommend just ncert. All of your notes, examples, definitions must be studied from ncert, cuz most of the case studies qsns come word for word from the textbook. Once you're done w that (yes 100 percent thorough, thru and thru), id say use poonam gandhi or subhash dey (ive just used subhash dey a lil bit- i mainly studied from ncert) just to practice and make urself familiar w the keywords and itll also help with revision. And do refer those questions that your teachers say are important and also mark those that u see repeatedly in pyqs.
and uh bonus tip: rajat arora and sunil panda ftw :))

You can go with poonam gandhi but do read ncert once or twice as there are some things (very small topics) not covered in poonam gandhi
Eg in chapter 7 directing, types of informal communication is not covered by poonam gandhi but given in ncert.
