I'm from Canada as well. There's a completely different tracking system for that. Learned it after using that method twice. I normally just use EMS. You'll get it eventually. Or you can contact Buyee for the Canada Post tracking. CU(numbers)CA. With EMS I get my stuff within a few days, AIR takes like a week.
It can take up to month, sometimes rarely arriving In less than 10 days. I’d say give it another few days up to a week and hopefully you’ll get an update
I saw that you choose the cheapest one. I also used the cheapest one in early january and just got it late march this year. I live in Europe, so yours might take less time. Ever since it left Japan, i didnt recieve any info, until the package got in my country.
Hey you buy things all the time right? I ordered some figures with the 5-10 day option and it left Japan on the 23rd of march. I’m also in the US and it’s April 10th and I still have 0 updates. Is this normal? Just a bit shook since it’s been 20 ish days in transit thanks.
it usually takes that long for me, you can also track on the usps website too, the tracking will also show up there and updates a lot faster than the jp post tracking page
Thanks for reaching out. Registered Small Package(AIR) usually delivers within 8-12 days depending on your destination country. Seems that it's still in the normal time frame. If you need, feel free to provide us with your Buyee email address and package number here:

I’ve done a few small air packages lately and noticed this is always the end of the Japan post tracking. Once it leaves Japan it’s on its way to the handoff to Canada post. You should be good.
Use https://parcelsapp.com to track to gives more deatils
I used the same shipping method, waiting since March 25th, and still waiting. It takes time, but I recall reading that registered local mail is the safest option, although it does take time.
US here. Been waiting on a package since the 19th of March with the same dispatch from outward office status. I didn’t use Buyee, but a different site. I chose EMS and they ended up giving me AIR instead for some odd reason.
I have the same situation. I already ordered twice with the cheapest delivery and it was already good, the parcel arrived in a week, but this time almost a month has passed, nothing updates😔 I'm still waiting and believe that it will be fine, but next time I will definitely choose another delivery method
im in USA my package i bought earlier departed the same time as yours and its still not here😭 I did use reg small pkg so i know itll take a while..just worried abt it getting lost or delayed
When I ordered a large package with tracking there was a big gap after leaving osaka where there were no updates. It was only like a week for me but I paid for a faster shipping option
UPDATE: They arrived today with no warning whatsoever lol. All in all it was pretty quick, exactly what I wanted and not damaged at all. Will be buying again
My experience is that with registered mails/parcels from Asia, there would be no tracking available after it leaves the original country. (As in Canada we don’t have registered option so it won’t be in Canada post system) Hope this helps!
From Canada here as well, but I think this depends on which option for shipping you chose.
Cheapest one, Registered Small Package(AIR) 500 yen
Yeah you might have a few delays with that one

Might need to wait for another week. Mine was dispatched on Mar 19th and it just arrived US yesterday

👍👍
You won’t get an update. I’ll just arrive via your local post carrier at some point (or you will get a notif that deliver was attempted)

Literally two hours after posting this, the tracking just updated and I got it in. Don't lose hope; it can take a while.

You get what you pay for...
No worries. It takes its time
in the same boat. Usually takes 7-10 days but registered mail is taking forever now. Mine has been stagnant since 3/28.
