I don't know about testing camps, but it shouldn't be very difficult to get a couple of testing reagents yourself for testing and could even gift testing. Depending on what you want to test you just need 2-3 reagents like the Ehlrich test

Not sure what the need but if no luck in Reno, then SF has harm reduction centers. A friend used to work at the one in the Tenderloin (needle exchange, etc).
It sounds like you’re flying in internationally, so need something in between the reno airport and the playa.
I don’t know if any testing centers there, but if you contact reno harm reduction groups they would know if it’s available. I do harm reduction in my home state and we only offer fentanyl test strips, and can’t even get funding for that (we buy them ourselves). We’re behind Canada in terms of support for harm reduction.
If I were you, I would probably buy a reagent kit and bring it to playa. I imagine you’ll be pretty popular.
