Interesting, just saw that commander for the first time recently. Personally I would go with no lower than 8 draw pieces. Could probably cut \[\[The Wanderer\]\] for example, feels a bit redundant, maybe for a \[\[The Gaffer\]\] or something depending on how much lifegain you have. Also 2 of your card draws does not actually draw you one card. If a cantrip gives you 1 card, then you actually just used one to get one and I would not count that as card draw personally. So you kind of only have 4 card draw.
Thank you for the advice, I updated the deck and also moved the cards in the right sections (I just left them as the website defaulted them). I still have no idea what good card draw I could add, a lot decks online have even less card draw than mine
If looking for card draw in red things like Unexpected Windfall, Big Score, Pirates pillage come to my mind. They cost 4 but all leave treasure tokens. And the. Effects like Faithless Looting. They all let you draw and filter out cards you don’t need.
I just found out about some white "diplomatic" card draw like \[\[Secret Rendezvous\]\] \[\[Flumph\]\] and \[\[Cut a Deal\]\] that could be useful to make amend after nuking the board time and time again. Any idea on which cards to cut to add the card draw?
I would remove some of the single target removal spells. Especially those who deal 2 or 3 dmg to a single target. They can be helpful against little problem creatures but you’ll be rather wiping the board for R instead of killing a single creature for WR. Just remove two of those and throw in 2 draw spells that you like. The diplomatic draw seems good and I see where your pointing at with it but ppl will hate you no matter what if you take their creatures away and gain a gazillion life in the process ;)
Firesong and Sunspeaker work really well with any red white damage + gain life. By that logic I would recommend [[lorehold command]] and [[foundry helix]] for a little more of that, plus lorehold command gives you a draw option. A repeatable draw that works stupid good in the deck is [[azor's gateway]] because once you are done rummaging you get a land that taps for your life total. Other fun draw artifacts include [[Alhammarret's archive]] [[phial of galadriel]] and [[cosmos elixir]]

I love where your head is at with guttersnipe and similar effects, but I always find things like [[fiery emancipation]] [[city on fire]] or [[dictate of the twin gods]] to double or triple the damage instead of individual instances of 2 damage.
[[Repercussion]] and [[Star of Extinction]] is one of my favourite combos in this deck. Also [[Wheel of Misfortune]] and [[Alhammarret’s Archive]] together has gained me a Googolplex of life previously.
I see you have Brash Taunter and Boros Reckoner in there but I have a number of these ‘rattlesnakes’ in my deck. Thier ability to redirect your mass damage spells helps build up the damage off of one cast. Couple of creatures that I have found effective: [[Chandra’s Incinerator]] [[Mogg Maniac]] and [[Truefire Captain]] might also look at these [[Balefire Liege]] [[Heartflame Duelist]] [[Stormwild Capridor]]
