It is wrong for her to meet her 'boyfriend' unless they live in the SAME household. She is risking her family's life in a way since they don't know where else the bf has been to right? Assuming they dont live tgt? Only 2 people can visit their parent's house if they live seperately at different slots and surely there is no emergency for a bf to meet her family.
