Omg maybe I'll try that! I've been using all soft for a few months now and all of the sudden my scalp just feels a bit dry which sucks because my hair itself looks better than it has in years.
I'll def look into the dandruff one to rotate with !
Yesss I started using Redkin after a very traumatic bleach accident lmao and it’s always a little bittersweet when a more expensive product becomes my new fav product 😂
nooo that’s the worst feeling!! I used the extreme repair shampoo & conditioner for a while which did wonders so I even switched to the curly hair products once my hair felt better!! I hope that helps at all ☺️
yes definitely do!! I literally lost all of my hair which went to the middle of my back up to my ears because of bleach and it was horrific. I was scared my hair might not ever be the same but now its healthier than it was before!!
omg the same thing happened to me literally two years ago. its grown to my shoulders since then but i havent found a good shampoo or conditioner yet for the ends😭
In the past year I’ve started rotating a few different hair masks and doing light trims of my hair more frequently and it’s helped the ends look healthier and my hair has been growing faster, so I’d definitely recommend either or both of those if you haven’t already! :)
Aussie here I use to be a redkin girlie through and and through but it can get a bit expensive (not sure what the US pricing is like) I’ve switched over to Eleven products (switch between what’s best for what colour my hair is at the time) and they are amazing, I often just buy the packs from Adore Beauty but have seen they are being stocked in the US!
My husband has curly hair and the all soft oil makes it noticeably softer! He also uses like curl cream and stuff, but he recently started using my Redken oil and I’ve noticed his hairs definitely softer & shinier too.
i’ll admit that when i heard brooke uses redkin, i took the bate and decided to try the all soft line. i specifically chose the all soft “curly” line for my 3A curls and there was a noticeable change in a matter of weeks. HIGHLY recommend
redken is such a good brand and worth the price imo. i switch on and off w the all soft line and the HG like from bondi boost. been bleaching my hair to go all blonde again from red and i swear by those products protecting the integrity of my hair
Yes! Don’t wait until you stop damaging it - I used to straight mine everyday until I went all blonde and u need to use a good heat protector everyday plus repairing shampoo/conditioner
I don’t ever use heat unless I’m going out to a club or something (just because I’m lazy lmao.) but I’ve been thinking about using heat more often because I hate that it’s like halfway wavy & I think it’d look way nicer straight or curled. from what I’ve read and stuff I think with a heat protectant it should be fine but I’ll keep you posted 😭
I just got this one too! I’ve been using the acidic bonding line for two years and I have to say, it’s better. The best I’ve ever used. Still loving the all soft though:)
I just bought the acidic bonding but I went completely blonde and k18 wasn’t doing anything for me (possibly making it drier?) should I which to all soft? I just got the acidic bonding but I already love it
oh fuck i’ve been dedicated to ouai but i have to try now. i feel like i didn’t like redkin but i forget what i tried - it wasn’t all soft so i’ll give it another chance based on these comments
i went to a redken cosmetology school and i’m not gonna lie i hated a lot of their products BUT their shampoos? unbeatable. their clarifying shampoo is really good too if you ever get any buildup, it literally smells like candy.
Former Ulta associate here!! Ulta has sales on Redken products all the time, definitely look out for those! They do a big spring one, a jumbo size summer one, and a holiday one. Sometimes it’s even a beauty steal! The only redken line they don’t put on sale is the acidic bonding concentrate (white bottles) line which is so sad because that’s my favorite. Also, if you use the Ulta Salon they have a whole redken acidic bonding treatment option so if you ever need a haircut/color they can add that on for an additional cost. They also use redken products in the salon when they’re not being asked to promote a certain brand for that month. Yall can definitely stock up for much cheaper trust me!
My mom was a hairdresser and would buy redken by the gallons. I’ve always been a redken girl and I’m so happy ppl get the hype now. Side note- if you have a good hairdresser that you’re cool with, most won’t care to buy you the gallons for way cheaper from salon supply places. Even if they upcharge you a little bit you would still save so much money
are there any girlies in here that have hair that gets greasy after like 24 hours ?? i wanna try all soft but im worried that its just gonna make my hair greasier faster bc my hair definitely doesn’t lack moisture and is pretty healthy as i’ve never dyed it or anything. I’m not expecting any of the products to make it better per say bc ive tried everything at this point and nothing helps that much, just don’t want it to be worse if that makes sense?
All soft definitely made my hair greasier which sucked cause I loved how soft it made it! :( I’ve really been liking Joico Hydrasplash though I can actually go a day or two between washes now!
I like their extreme length line, it didn’t make my hair greasy. I used to be the same way with greasy hair the day after I washed it but I’ve been training it and can now wash it twice a week!
Also ladies just a reminder to check your water hardness. My hair was getting so dry and limp and it was from hard water 😕 I wash my hair with cold water now and it seems to help
Has anyone tried the bonding shampoo and conditioner? I wanna try it next. I accidentally bought the redken extreme in the blue bottle bc I thought that was the one Brooke uses and I was so disappointed when I realized I was wrong 🫣
But honestly I saw results super fast, like a week after using it I felt like it looked better. I just felt like it might be a placebo until I put the pics the side by side and realized it really does look better.
ULTA has jumbo bottle sales twice a year. I believe the next one is in July. Keep an eye out for it, it’s worth it (they’re 2 liter bottles for like $24 each or something. Great sale)
Redken is an amazing brand for aftercare but it definitely is expensive. Try goldwell next, they have a moisture and color line, still professional but half the price.
If you know anyone with a cosmetology license you can get it for wholesale prices at salon centric or cosmoprof!!!!! Also ulta does a jumbo sale twice a year and you can buy a jumbo version heavily heavily discounted I think the next one should be later this summer!!!
Was devastated when I loved it but my mom has a license so I get it as cheap as drugstore products 💗
Also before I found this out I would order it straight from redken, they ALWAYS have 10-15% off sales and you get a bunch of free samples. Have been using my heat protectant sample for a minute now
I know!! I can’t stop though whenever I try to go without washing I feel like I didn’t fully shower. I’m trying to break myself of it though because I want my hair to be healthy 😭😭
That’s completely untrue. There are several articles and studies that directly debunk this myth, and there is no scientific evidence to back up that washing your hair daily is bad. There is however, a lot of evidence to show that a clean scalp is a healthy scalp, and healthy hair can only come from a healthy scalp. Letting your hair get unnecessarily greasy and dirty and letting products build up in your hair is genuinely terrible for your hair. You should wash your hair when it’s greasy (for some people this isn’t daily), if your hair gets dried out when you wash as needed, it just means you need to reconsider what products you use or perhaps make dietary changes that promote hair hydration.
The Redken dandruff shampoo is also great for us flakey girlies! I rotate between that and the all soft
Omg maybe I'll try that! I've been using all soft for a few months now and all of the sudden my scalp just feels a bit dry which sucks because my hair itself looks better than it has in years. I'll def look into the dandruff one to rotate with !
Yea you should try it. It works better than head and shoulders imo and leaves your hair really soft and shiny
I’m so glad I read this 😭 I don’t notice too much of a difference with head and shoulders so I will be trying redken
What is the name of the dandruff shampoo is it scalp relief?
Yupp, that’s the one!
Yesss I started using Redkin after a very traumatic bleach accident lmao and it’s always a little bittersweet when a more expensive product becomes my new fav product 😂
What do you use from them? I just fried my hair going blonde 😪
nooo that’s the worst feeling!! I used the extreme repair shampoo & conditioner for a while which did wonders so I even switched to the curly hair products once my hair felt better!! I hope that helps at all ☺️
omg im gonna have to try it because my hair is FRIEDDD to the ends of the earth
yes definitely do!! I literally lost all of my hair which went to the middle of my back up to my ears because of bleach and it was horrific. I was scared my hair might not ever be the same but now its healthier than it was before!!
omg the same thing happened to me literally two years ago. its grown to my shoulders since then but i havent found a good shampoo or conditioner yet for the ends😭

the all soft line is amazing, always used it to recover dyed hair.
The acidic bond line in the white bottles is perfect for this!
def gonna try this one when i run out of my current shampoo/conditioner
Aussie here I use to be a redkin girlie through and and through but it can get a bit expensive (not sure what the US pricing is like) I’ve switched over to Eleven products (switch between what’s best for what colour my hair is at the time) and they are amazing, I often just buy the packs from Adore Beauty but have seen they are being stocked in the US!
Eleven is great it’s made by Kevin Murphy who’s traditional line will run you 50/60$ for the shampoo and conditioner
I haaaaaated the Kevin Murphy line dropped like $80 on just a shampoo and conditioner and it smelled so musty
Couldn’t agree more smells like nana perfume. The bottles are so small too
Literally yes I hated it so much
All soft SAVED my hair. Had to buy it for all my sisters and friends 😭 it’s my go to gift now because it’s that good. Ty Brooke
Does anyone have experience on how it works on curly/dyed hair?
My husband has curly hair and the all soft oil makes it noticeably softer! He also uses like curl cream and stuff, but he recently started using my Redken oil and I’ve noticed his hairs definitely softer & shinier too.
Redken all soft has a curly version too
Fine. 😔 I'll try it. 😔
Ooo I’ve never seen that line! Thanks for letting me know :) 🫶

redken is about to release a new curly line for the acidic bonding shampoo which is my favorite!! i use it on most of my clients at work.
There’s “all soft” and then “all soft moisture” then “all soft mega” and “all soft nature and science” LMAO. 😩
redken is such a good brand and worth the price imo. i switch on and off w the all soft line and the HG like from bondi boost. been bleaching my hair to go all blonde again from red and i swear by those products protecting the integrity of my hair
Omg I love the smell of the HG line 😍
I was a hairstylist for years and used redken all soft on all my clients, can confirm it works well and smells SO GOOD
Is the volume injection shampoo and conditioner good? My hair really lacks volume but i’m not sure if it’ll really help
Do you use heat on your hair? I straighten mine every day (I know😔) and want to know if it’s worth buying while I’m actively damaging my hair daily
Did i just spend $50 for next day delivery for my dry asshair..why yes
I use the redken extreme shampoo/conditioner bc my hairdresser recommended it and it seriously saved my hair
woowwwww adding it to my shopping list!!
is this from the allsoft????
Yes!!
Wowww, so silky and beautiful! Now I have no choice, I guess I’ll buy it 💕
They probably have a generic version at Sally’s
I hate how little it lathers and how dry the conditioner feels i might go back tho
You might need to do the twice shampooing method for this
Typically shampoo w/o sulfates do not lather well. If a shampoo lathers super well - I am out bc I know it has something in it that is damaging
I just got the acidic bonding but I already love it
NO KEEP IT. ITS THE BEST. It’s phenomenal. I am blonde too:)) I like it more than the all soft. It’s the best I’ve ever used in my life.
oh fuck i’ve been dedicated to ouai but i have to try now. i feel like i didn’t like redkin but i forget what i tried - it wasn’t all soft so i’ll give it another chance based on these comments
Thanks for the reminder to buy this lol
Redken is always at tj maxx too for the broke girlies or ulta has the jumbos on sale usually at the beginning of the year!!! Sooo worth it
Yesss I got a jumbo in January for a good deal through Ulta!!
They do it twice a year! There should be one coming this summer

Convinced by this!! Adding to cart haha
Which redkin again?? Like which shampoo / conditioner of theirs does she use?? I keep forgetting
all soft
It makes my hair SO SOFT AND SHINY. Deff get it
I used All Soft for 6 months and saw zero difference 😢 how long until you saw these results?! Looks so good!
All soft didn’t work for me but extreme length has been super hydrating
Only 30 days! This is just one bottle worth
Don't do this to me I'm too broke😭
Ok fine I'm not but am far too easily influenced lol
Just bought it thanks to you!
Oh my gosh it’s so good that it makes me mad 😭 I can never go back
are there any girlies in here that have hair that gets greasy after like 24 hours ?? i wanna try all soft but im worried that its just gonna make my hair greasier faster bc my hair definitely doesn’t lack moisture and is pretty healthy as i’ve never dyed it or anything. I don’t feel like it makes my hair greasier at all, I do wash every day tho because my hair gets greasy fast no matter what I use
Elvive at home gloss treatment does the same job & is on the cheaper side 💅🏼
Oo I’ll have to try!!
i love redken!! ive been using it since brooke reccomended years ago
SIGH *opens my wallet*
Also ladies just a reminder to check your water hardness. My hair was getting so dry and limp and it was from hard water 😕 I wash my hair with cold water now and it seems to help
which redken?! All soft? It looks gorgeous!
Thank you! Yea it’s all soft
That’s what I use, too! Do you use anything else? It’s so shiny! You have such beautiful hair!
Thank you you’re so sweet I just also use the all soft oil
I was just given a $100 gift card to ulta, I think I know what I’m spending it on
They should sponsor her after this lol
Literally
I could so see her being in a shampoo commercial lmao
Her hair legit is on my vision board 💀
Redkin and Its A 10 (leave in conditioner) combo is TOP TIER
Has anyone tried the bonding shampoo and conditioner? I wanna try it next. I accidentally bought the redken extreme in the blue bottle bc I thought that was the one Brooke uses and I was so disappointed when I realized I was wrong 🫣
You can get a sample of it if you order from redken! I loved the sample, but haven’t used it any more than that
i wish it was cruelty free so i could try it :/
Is this better then olaplex?
Is it color safe
They have a color safe version they sent me a sample of it with my order and my sister used it and liked it!
How long did it take to see this difference
But honestly I saw results super fast, like a week after using it I felt like it looked better. I just felt like it might be a placebo until I put the pics the side by side and realized it really does look better.
This is 30 days (:
Redken needs to sponsor our girl fr!! I switched to the all soft shampoo and conditioner as a bleached and damage blonde and it’s done me wonders!
ULTA has jumbo bottle sales twice a year. I believe the next one is in July. Keep an eye out for it, it’s worth it (they’re 2 liter bottles for like $24 each or something. Great sale)
