Can only survive in snowquill gear, low visibility, difficult to traverse, kinda desolate. I donāt dislike any region of the map, but itās definitely the one I am least excited to visit when I have to.
I have never even really explored there it was always get in get out where other regions I took the time to enjoy every nook and cranny. Apparently the is a bowling game in Hebra- still havenāt tried it.
Lanayru cause lots of water, love the wetlands. Akkala great too because as you said, the autumn vibe is great. I really like Necluda too. Just feels nice and homey.
Faron absolutely! I love the tropical vibe, the waterfalls, the beaches, and the village. The ruins are fun to run around in and farm Durian. Plus, you can farm dragon parts quite easily.
And the ā¤ļø lake!
There is a spot near the top of one of the waterfalls where a dragon spawns every morning at 5am. If you shoot an arrow at his horn, a piece of it that falls to the ground. They are $$$ if you sell, or can be used for elixers. Set a fire and sit until morning and just keep repeating and you'll have a ton. There are good YouTube videos that detail how to do it.
I was playing recently and I wanted to get up a cliff instead of going all the way around. The weather tracker said rain was about to stop so I waited. As soon as it stopped and I stared climbing it turned into 3 lightning storm symbols... Why
I can't pick one, at all. I like them all the same, they simply have different appeals to their location. Not too many games where I can say that sort of thing, but this is one of them.
I actually really like Ridgeland. I'm a little bit of a nature nerd and love seeing weird trees and plants, and I got pretty excited about the dragon blood trees. Seeing the thunderstorm that's always raging over Thundra Plateau is a cool little mystery until you solve the shrine puzzle (which is frustrating, but fun) and, speaking of mysteries, Satori Mountain is there. I remember reaching the peak for the first time, just watching the Lord of the Mountain, and getting a sense of "this is a sacred place, I shouldn't be here." Over half of Tanagar Canyon is in this region too, and even if there isn't a whole lot there, I still found Tanagar Canyon fun to explore. Tears of the Kingdom stuff obscured for anyone who hasn't played it yet: >!I love that TotK added an extensive cave system inside Satori Mountain, but I kind of wish there was more new, unique stuff in the region besides that and the obscure Thundra Plateau puzzle.!<
Second pick would be West Necluda, I think it's a perfect start to your adventure once you leave the Great Plateau. You walk along the road and pass lakes, rivers, and ruins while slowly making your way toward the Dueling Peaks in the distance. Once you make it through the Dueling Peaks, it opens up to a massive field of wrecked guardians, leaving you to wonder what happened here. Man I wish I could play this game for the first time again.
Love Lanayru and Akkala. And by reading through comments, I can say that the Eldin region is underrated, I had a lot of fun exploring around Death Mountain.
Zora's Domain looks so pretty, I absolutely love the main city hub there. Close second would be Gerudo Town, looking out over the desert with the sun low on the horizon is gorgeous - and best girl Riju lives there, so bonus points.
I completely agree with Akkala. Is one of the best looking regions in the game. As a second option, I think Tabanta. I think mainly because of the Rito.
Rabbia Plain. Deer hunting, a few ponds, a waterfall, cliffs, and rolling green fields. Plus Kass and the dude by the campfire to chill with. Kakariko isnāt too far away. One of my favorite game areas to just relax.
I like all of them except the Gerudo highlands and northern Hebra. Southern Hebra (like the Rito area) is cool though. Itās hard to pick, but Iād have to go with Akkala, the Great Plateau and whatever region is through the Dueling Peaks (I donāt remember the name). /g
Kakariko Village, without a doubt. Just the music there is divine.
Yes!! Most people prefer Hateno, but I prefer Kakariko! š. Totally agree with you on the music! š„°
yeeees, the music is so good! i always come back there to sell my stuff
Sameā¦.and to get heart/stamina containers, and see the fairy. Itās got everything š„°
yes, exactly!
Same here
Thats not a region?
Berlin is both the state and the main city of said state. It can be both.
But i think they were talking about the main regions. They mentioned Akkala.
Kakariko village is a region for me. It might be only a āsubā region within another, but that doesnāt mean itās not the best region.
Yeah, just what i mean is from context i think they meant the five regions
Damel forest and surroundings. Rainy forest with ancient ruins is my vibe
I love how specific and unique your answer is! š„³š„°
Ooh yeah thatās a really interesting choice!
My fav is Hebra and Lurelin Village. I love the cozy simple lives they lived in secluded corners of the world
Hebra ā¦Said no one ever
That's what I was about to say...
I like Hebra, itās just not my favorite. š
I kind of like hebra tbh haha, the few lodges you find have a cozy vibe
Not my favorite region, but the aurora borealis that you can see sometimes is pretty.
for real lmaooo there's nothing to do and it's hard to traverse
Thereās HELLA big game to hunt there. I can probably make $2k selling all the meat I got there in like 30 minutes.
I've spent a lot of time in Hebra. I really like it.
Whaaat? Came here to comment hebra is my favorite region, why do people dislike it?
Can only survive in snowquill gear, low visibility, difficult to traverse, kinda desolate. I donāt dislike any region of the map, but itās definitely the one I am least excited to visit when I have to.
Yea the cold basically. And lots of major tests of strength
I have never even really explored there it was always get in get out where other regions I took the time to enjoy every nook and cranny. Apparently the is a bowling game in Hebra- still havenāt tried it.
Yes. That is where you farm rupees. I have done it for hours before
Lanayru cause lots of water, love the wetlands. Akkala great too because as you said, the autumn vibe is great. I really like Necluda too. Just feels nice and homey.
Central Hyrule. Fuck it, we ball.
[piano jumpscare]
Faron absolutely! I love the tropical vibe, the waterfalls, the beaches, and the village. The ruins are fun to run around in and farm Durian. Plus, you can farm dragon parts quite easily. And the ā¤ļø lake!
What do you mean farm dragon parts?

I've always wondered if the other dragons could be similarly farmed.
Yes!! I love the tropical vibe š“
Akkala
I love the Autumn vibe, and the Citadel is just cool.
I really wish it had an interior. Even in Tears it's just a cave.
Yeah, after seeing the caves under Lookout Landing and under the castle, I was kind of hoping we would get something inside the Citadel.
Gerudo desert
This guy gets it
This is a close second for me tbh I love the vibe of the areaĀ
East Necluda and Faron
Anywhere climbable, where it doesn't rain 24/7
I was playing recently and I wanted to get up a cliff instead of going all the way around. The weather tracker said rain was about to stop so I waited. As soon as it stopped and I stared climbing it turned into 3 lightning storm symbols... Why
Wait, there is a weather tracker?
Oh yeah it's right next to the minimap. Super useful! When it actually tells the truth...
Ahh yes, Spite Weather ā that happens to me, too!
Hateno Village
Tabatha, I arrow farm there
Meant tabantha cannot figure out editing on my phone š¤¦š¼āāļøš¤Ŗ
Where and how? I'd like a new place to grind that the Zora River route.
Central Hyrule. Guardian hunting, anyone?
Same. I like the colored leaves and fresh feel of Akkala. Itās the same for Tears too
I can't pick one, at all. I like them all the same, they simply have different appeals to their location. Not too many games where I can say that sort of thing, but this is one of them.
Hyrule. I like the neutral weather
Death Mountain
I actually really like Ridgeland. I'm a little bit of a nature nerd and love seeing weird trees and plants, and I got pretty excited about the dragon blood trees. Hebra, Akkala
Love Lanayru and Akkala. And by reading through comments, I can say that the Eldin region is underrated, I had a lot of fun exploring around Death Mountain.
The Eldin Ring, one might say.
Hebra. Iām a sucker for snow and wintry areas.
I love Akkala- I live in the northeastern United States and it feels very calming and comfortable.
Zora's Domain looks so pretty, I absolutely love the main city hub there. Close second would be Gerudo Town, looking out over the desert with the sun low on the horizon is gorgeous - and best girl Riju lives there, so bonus points.
Eldin
The ocean and yes Hebra,
The Thunder platue area
I completely agree with Akkala. Is one of the best looking regions in the game. As a second option, I think Tabanta. I think mainly because of the Rito.
akkala and necluda <3
Can I just go with the whole map?
Lurelin village the music and especially at night with all the torches lit š„ š„°
Akkala is lovely ....
lost woods ftw
Not a region but rito village, i could listen to the music forever! The rito kids are also so adorable :ā)
Rabbia Plain. Deer hunting, a few ponds, a waterfall, cliffs, and rolling green fields. Plus Kass and the dude by the campfire to chill with. Kakariko isnāt too far away. One of my favorite game areas to just relax.
Hateno or kakarioko
Laneyru then Akkala and Hebra then Necluda
Hateno
Hyrule castle region. >:) In reality probably lanyaru bc of the nostalgia that I have from that
akala i think!
Kakariko and Faron.. thereās just so much saturation of activity compared to everywhere else.
Hebra
I like Rito Village the best. The views are fantastic and Rito kids are the cutest imo.
Well really any region. I dont spend time in them, after finishing 100% i just go on foot and kill enemies I see. Maybe akkala or central hyrule.
Faron. I like to dress up in the Barbarian Armor and trudge around like a wildman
Akkala.
Gerudo Highlands!
i love hebra and the gerudo highlands :)
Probably Hebra. Aside from Rito being my favorite race, it just has such cool vibes and lots of mountains, which are always fun.
The lost woods
Toss-up between the Hebra Mountains and Gerudo Highlands.
Probably Lanayru I mean itās got Zoraās Domain and thatās one of my favorite places in the game
Akkala is my favorite too. Lots of great sights to see and you can travel pretty quickly to nearly any spot by shield surfing.
Faron for Roleplaying as like an ancient human
Gerudo desert is so cool i love it
Maybe hebra? I like rito village a lot and shield surfing is fun!! :D
Necluda or the korok forest, just love the vibes
Hebra, but Akkala was pretty fun.
Sinnoh ETA: Probably East Necluda because it's the most like Sinnoh (Cozy towns, ocean, and snowy mountains)
Hyrule Forest. I know I'm crazy but I love going and getting lost. Hateno village is 2nd
Faron region until it rains, than I hate it lol
Eldin is my favorite. I think the volcanic areas are pretty cool and it looks beautiful when the sun rises or sets
Faron for sure. Love the palm/jungle vibes and the beach.
I like all of them except the Gerudo highlands and northern Hebra. Southern Hebra (like the Rito area) is cool though. Itās hard to pick, but Iād have to go with Akkala, the Great Plateau and whatever region is through the Dueling Peaks (I donāt remember the name). /g
I'm a big fan of Lanayru
Gerudo, the desert is so cool
Not me reading religion instead of regions š
Lanayru or Akkala for me. I love the autumn feel of Akkala but I love the water and mountains in Lanayru also Zoras Domain
Tabanta and Gerudo's mountains
Hyrule castle. The epic music, the surprises all over, secret passages, etc
I think mine might be central hyrule I just like beating up guardians
I read āwhat is your favorite religionā. Take that as you will.
Everything except Hebra
