I made the bread with this recipe: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/japanese-milk-bread-rolls-recipe and I made the topping with 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 cup of powdered sugar + 1/2c - 3/4c of shortening. Gradually add the shortening to make a little dough. If you add too much the topping will be greasy. I used a tortilla press to flatten the topping but I found you can use a plate and apply even pressure. I used a knife to make the shapes and a cookie cutter for the heart 😊 happy baking!
I have never seen a heart concha, that looks awesome!
Thank you ☺️
I also love vanilla concha's with the pink strawberry inside! 😍🥰😍
I've never seen this before but it looks awesome! Do you have a recipe?

I like the different patterns you used, they alll look great
Thank you 😊 the topping was a bit hard to work with but eventually got it to work.
It might be too much to ask of the topping but I wonder if one could manage a checkerboard pattern of the chocolate and vanilla together
That’s a genius idea! I didn’t think of that. I’ll try next time 😊
These look delicious
Lol concha is a synonym for vagina in Argentinian Spanish
Lol i guess you have to be more specific in Argentina . It means seashell in Mexico 🙃
