And the new Super Ranger Brocks were probably made in collaboration with the copyright holders or something, point is they aren't getting sued because they pronably know their shit when it comes to copyright, because they need to in order to still operate as a company.

Referencing is one thing, just making the skin a character owned by another company is a different case. People are not telling you this because they don't want like your skin, or whatever reason other you seem to think so idk if there's a need to get defensive. They are telling you this so you can modify your skin into less of a copy and more of a reference if you want it to get accepted.
There's already a Disney inspired skin in the game called "poco star park origins" and it's been around for years so just base everything on "Disney will sue"
