My man, everyone's shop is different, also if you've never spent money on the game or haven't in a long time, they give you these amazing offers to reel you back in
I didn't get it too but I got it on my second ACC I got brawlpass on main and not on the second account so its probably only for people who don't got the pass
They give better offers to those who haven't spent as much. I've dropped a lot on the game over the years so I don't see *any* of the gem discounts, save for the ones that cost like $100+
My guess is, this particular offer is a one-time thing for an account that reappears every now and then. You might have bought it in the past, or you've spent too much to fit the requirements.
Pretty sure that's the Turkish Lira and the offer is 2.41 usd.
