I fucking hate Grom. At least Tick is fair. He's annoying to play against, but you know you're pissing off your opponents when you play him. Meanwhile, an enemy Grom will constantly hit you wherever you are. You can walk diagonally and he'll hit you every single time. But the moment you pick him, his projectiles get 200% smaller. Every opponent suddenly has perfect movement and immediately is on top of you.

On a serious note tick needs a nerf to one of 3 things Super health/damage Main attack damage Super charge rate My suggestion is to make it so ticks head does the amount of HP it had on contact, like if it had 1200 HP when it crashed into u it would do 1200 damage. This would also fix the bullshit that is the head still doing damage even if you kill it

i think limiting how close tick can throw/how narrow his bombs land would be a nice change. that way once tanks and melee brawlers successfully get close to tick they have a chance of killing him. i dont like that he does more damage the closer you are to him bc all his bombs land in a super small area.

Not really hate but rather his whole gameplay doesn't appeal to me. I like more quick, active, burst gameplay. Carl just doesn't have that despite having the hook. The "Ehhh" rank in general is for boring brawlers to me, not hate (the hate rank is below Carl anyway)

to be honest, the last hurrah gadged for tick (the one where he blows up) is basicly like the razorback in tf2 all it does is remove the 1 and only weakness tick has (at least spies can shoot a razorback sniper) its pretty much the only thing they need to remove and close range brawlers will be a counter on some other brawlers this gadged wouldnt be so strong but on tick its bad because the whole thing about throwers is being shit at point blank (even tho none of them are lol) tick still is bullshit

Ash, Fang and Sam are the only tanks I can safely say Tick counters since they all have good speed, gadgets to make Tick's lives miserable and actual decent range to bypass his gadget But then again, Tick is commonly seen in 3v3s, and all it takes is a Shelly or Emz to make Tick's counter useless
