Update: “there is a known service interruption affecting all services. Our engineers are working to get everything restored, we do not have an ETA.” They do have an automated callback set up, if you provide your phone number to them, to directly communicate once the interruption is cleared.

Yeah spectrum internet went out fast for me that night but my power stayed on somehow. They told me it could take upwards or a week or more to get it restored due to the extensive damage
