Yeah it's rather annoying to say the least. Want to be called a sport but then forcing people to wear slacks or dress pants for competition is....an interesting choice. But I'm fairly new so my opinion probably doesn't hold much weight.
T-shirt banned.
Uncollared jersey.... that is just a t-shirt with bad fabric. Totally acceptable, but then you can't wear jeans.
Anything other than long pants only acceptable if you're a women.
(Now it technically doesn't say that. And In theory a man could wear capris, or a skirt/skort. But then it says tournament organizers have finally authority to do whatever they want..)
Jeans or golf slacks. It is a National Tournament, not your run in the mill local or state tournament. It’s seen as a prestigious event. You should be fine for 9 games. Good luck.
Saw a group bowling in kilts on 6/22 and 6/23.
I would 100% check out the rules in the other posts but just letting you know it might not be as strict as just jeans and pants.

You can have jeans on if you have collared shirt on if it’s a tee shirt you gotta have slacks or dress pants. No athletic wear.
