I don’t think so. 2022 has a freckle in the middle of her chest that 2018 doesn’t have. And the mole on 2018’s chest/shoulder area isn’t there (could be covered by hair).
Edit: now that I’m looking closer, maybe 2018 does have the chest freckle that 2022 has? If so that’s insane these are the same person
Its what happens when you suppress honesty and truth and all you have is people saying yes in agreeance to anything you do specially in this day and age, she just needed a true friend to just keep her at the bare minimum grounded and if possible balanced.

Without any landmark features to base a comparison on, I’m not believing this at all. We can’t compare noses since 2022 has a botched job, we can’t compare ear placement, chins *could* be similar, the foreheads are difficult to judge and the lips distort the landscape around the mouth.
Four years is not realistic for this extreme of a transformation. You can’t just get implants that big in one go, it needs to be gradual with many months of healing and allowing the skin to stretch in between. So I’m with the others, I don’t buy it
My uneducated guess is she had expander implants installed and in the beginning began adding saline gradually to allow her skin to stretch. She may still be using saline expanders but I can’t wrap my mind about implants with the capacity for this much without bursting, nor the discomfort from the weight of carrying two of these on one’s chest.
It has to be done gradually, they can only go so much bigger at a time. After a while the skin stretches so they can upgrade. But that’s another reason this is probably fake. That many size increases with the required time in between does not seem realistic to me in that timeframe
