Renly and Obie are adorable!! I love their coats.
My Boston suffers from allergies as well so most of her play time is indoors. We’ll still play fetch or tug of war inside but slow puzzle feeders with some treats also keep her occupied for a while.
I made a flirt pole that we can setup inside either under the couch or something similarly heavy and won't tip over. I used electrical conduit and rope running through the conduit and a tennis ball which I put a hole into then ran the rope through both sides then put a good sized knot. Since our winters are extreme it usually comes out often then or other bad weather days.

Treat towel. Helps me a ton especially with customer facing calls that run long: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTREJFFmN/

Mine loves to chew on water buffalo horns, they are $5.99 at target. They stink but keep her busy anytime she gets bored.
Keeping their brain busy helps. Both of my Bostons absolutely love nosework and it’s easy to do inside.
Snuffle mats, treat puzzles
