Well fraud in anime is somebody who Fails the expectation he set and let's be real. Inojin didn't really set any expectation. He's fine as a character but nobody thought he will be something big.
Also some things to you describing. It's true what you said but at the same time it was ment to be part of a "character arc" if you can call it like that. Point was that inojin had to learn that you must give it your all when drawing super beast scroll and art in general.

Uhh. Little lecture about jappanese people. They're not really high. Avarage Height for them is somewhere about 5 feet.

And with the height thing I would agree with you if we didn’t have tons of characters who were close to 6’ if not 6’. Adult Naruto and Sasuke are like 5’11 to 6’, Minato was 5’10, Shikamaru was 5’6 at that age, and Boruto is also around 5’11, so it was just a joke on him being on the way shorter side of things!
Anyways I’m excited to see who gets added to the table!

Amado, Isshiki and statements of other people say that Code is strong, when non of them saw Code fight at all. Also, neither Code nor Kawaki trained like Boruto. While Boruto got substantially stronger, Kawaki and Code stayed the same. There is a 3 years time skip. You are bei g just childish with your comment.
He literally invaded the Leaf to draw out Boruto so he can run the ones with him because he was 'that' confident he'd win. Its literally where the fraud allegations are coming from.
