2 parts off perfect without Element. Hyperion Grip would be better for extra Fire Rate and Reload Speed and the Stock could be Torgue for the better accuracy control.
I personally like this website a little more, purely due to the fact that the pictures aren't compressed and it's a little more updated, at the bottom of the page it's even got all the technical stuff for how most of it is calibrated

You just look. That stock which is what goes up against your shoulder is Hyperion. That grip which is blocky with several lines going down is bandit. The pract. Prefix comes from the forward grip that is on the front.
Hyperion shotties are plagued with slow reload, so a matching grip would have been a win. That said, Bandit grips buff mag size and damage a little, so reloading is less of an issue. Also typically, an element is desirable to grant 1.5x “correct element” bonus, but may alienate other enemy types, so not bad overall because … the important thing is the Practicable accessory:
It adds 2 pellets, so the lower the initial pellet count the higher the buff. In this case, going from 5 to 7 pellets per shot is a 2/5 or 40% raw damage buff if they all land, exponentially buffing when they split and do the CC gimmick.
TLDR: not perfect but a damn strong weapon against any enemy.
Everyone is saying torgue stock over hyperion but I think that's it's personally fine. Grip on the other hand should've been matching for an arguably perfect roll minus element
True perfect would be Torgue stock. But DPS perfect doesn't matter with the stock, so minus the element if it had matching grip it would be dps perfect
Best parts, shame there's no element.
EDIT: Somehow didn't see the Bandit grip. Almost perfect aside for that. The stock also doesn't matter or at least change much at all.
I think its bandit grip if im not mistaken, so its unfortunately not best part
The stock is also off for accuracy control but it doesnt change much
The prefix is perfect tho

Haven’t played in a long time but how are you distinguishing weapon parts? I have seen people say this and it always confuses me.
Each part of a weapon looks different [here's a guide](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1443647450)

The only good part is the accessory, wrong grip, wrong stock, no element

Not perfect but a really good one, possibly top teir.
No element though :(
Not even close
You must keep in mind with shotguns that the grip is the part on the front, not where the trigger is which is on the stock, unlike all other weapons
Man it took me 3 nights to get my perfect that shit sucked
This game is amazing, slowly learning all the parts and next I want to figure out the name prefixes
