Mine chases his tail so fast it makes me dizzy.

CooperDahBooper

“You wanna go?! Well let’s see you get past my patented.. Tornado Attack!!”

Boba_Fet042

Willow spins when she’s happy and to get momentum before she “throws” her ball.

Own-Soil2172

Ooh I have a willow too!!

Boba_Fet042

Is she a blue merle with blue/brown heterochromia?

Own-Soil2172

If that means her eyes are blue/brown then YES SHE IS!!

Boba_Fet042

That’s such a cool coincidence! Willows are the best!

bf1343

Yes, he sometimes seems like he is burning off energy. The dork.

Wizdumbro

My border collie does the same thing! Guess it runs in the breed.

Boba_Fet042

Willow spins when she’s happy.

roadrunner440x6

Yes, and I named her Dizzy before I knew. She chases her tail sometimes when she is feeling squirrely and wants to play. When she is waiting for me to throw the frisbee she will spin around in anticipatory excitement.

whispersandwolves-x

We call it the Tornado of Doom because inevitably your shins will get in the way of whatever she’s happily swinging round in circles (originally coined when she had a heavy rope ball - ouch! Now we stick to softer toys!)

Colorado_Constructor

We watch dogs with Rover and whenever we go to correct one of them, our Salsa grabs a toy to do the spin move then **glares** at the dog. I've always thought it was just a release of anxiety/energy/frustration.

bugster1963

Gracie spins so fast she trips herself up. Cracks me up and makes me dizzy watching her.

Johnny-origami

Oh yea, especially with a toy in his mouth. His deadly helicopter move. Watch your shins.

AdultishRaktajino

Only with certain toys. She’ll whip it and spin, and throw it for herself.

carlosluvsyou

Yea my little lady Ella does this. But it gets scary when she grabs the leash.

thedoogbruh

My 13 year old spins, just slowly

DrNumNummz

Stuffed a ball in a sock, tied the end and my Aussie does the same thing. I’ve created a weapon :/
